I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the phone call I received from my father (65 years old) this morning was honestly sad. He went to return a shirt that was damaged after it was dry cleaned. We made a report to the store and they were great enough to offer store credit as long as we brought the shirt in with receipt.
He went in for store credit and the manager was upset we didn’t go the same day as the report and was very rude. Once he received credit he went to get other shirts. One shirt on the tag said 49.50 but rang up as $55. They wouldn’t honor the price that was on the shirt. They charged him the $55 instead of the price in the tag because a mistake.
This is honestly unacceptable and poor customer service on this store to not honor the price on the tag and be horribly rude to my father.
Customer service is key and if you want people to return to your store then you should provide great customer service especially for the amount we spend at this store. Horribly handled and will NOT return...

I called Tommy Bahama online and said they would be able to help if I ordered online, but since I ordered in store I would have to go there for help.
