Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Parker

I have sent this to corporate. We have loved Noodles for years, but today left a very bad impression. First we went to get our beverages and weren't aware only one machine was working and had a very limited selection. My daughter didn't want anything offered so opted for water. Had we known there was only Coke and Sprite she wouldn't have paid for a drink. Your staff may want to notify guests when they order drinks that there arent many available. Next, I went to the ladies room and was disgusted. Had it been later in the day I might understand, but this was 11am, way before a lunch rush. There was no toilet paper in either stall except a roll on the back of the toilet. There was trash all over the floor including used toilet paper rolls. The toilet rims are filthy with excrement. The paper towel holder has at least a weeks dust on it. Again, had it been after the lunch rush I could see why these things hadn't been tended to, but if a store starts their day like this I have to wonder what else is neglected. Lastly, we waited for our food. Our entrees were dropped off, but not the side salad we had ordered. We waited and it never came, so I had to go to the counter and ask for it. By that time my daughter was done eating and no longer wanted it. We weren't aware the servers stopped bringing silverware and napkins with the meal so we had to go locate those after sitting for a few minutes thinking he was coming back. Might be an idea to let customers know they now have to grab their own silverware, especially us long term customers that were used to the old way.

The staff was less than stellar. I get it sucks to work in the summer, I get they are entry level positions, but they seem like they couldn't care less. I chose not to ask for a manager because I didn't want to embarrass my daughter or have disgruntled employees spit in our food.

We will most likely go to the other location in town from here on. If cleanliness isn't a priority to this store I really dont trust the food is...

This location was always my go-to, but since it's revamp it hasn't been the same. Tonight, no one in line, we stood at the register and waited to order while all the teenagers laughed and played behind the counter. Once we ordered and sat down the food came out quick, but my order was entirely wrong so we sent it back. About 10 minutes later my order came back out, but was missing the chicken that was supposed to come with it. My husband took it back, again, and after another 10 minutes or so finally came back with chicken on top, with the rest of the dish cold from sitting out waiting on the chicken. This whole time we had never received any utensils and there weren't any available at the drink area. The food was pretty blan, but they didn't have anything to season it with, they couldn't find any salt so about half of my order was left for the trash.

This may have just been an off night, but no one seemed to be organized or paying any attention to anything. I think we were there for about 45 minutes, mostly waiting on correcting my order. I usually don't complain, but since google popped up on my phone and asked for a review while I was waiting, twice, for my order to be corrected, I figured I'd pass my time by giving feedback. I've always loved Noodles & Co. and from personal experience of their Southlands location, they have always been consistently good. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience with this Parker location. I order the same thing everytime.. Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan breaded Chicken... and unfortunately it's been so inconsistent here that their is always something wrong that ruins the dish. Either chicken is too salty, or noodles are undercooked, or the mushrooms and tomatoes are undercooked becuase they are cut so large.. I've given this location four attempts, always hoping it's going to get better but today on my 4th attempt of eating here, it solidified that the quality is not there. I ordered my same dish and recieved undercooked hard noodles, no mushrooms, and salty burnt chicken. Today was my final attempt eating here.
