Parker Blooms — Local services in Parker

The arrangement was nice. I called and ordered flowers for my wife on our 13year anniversary. The lady I talked to right when they opened said the flowers would be dropped off before noon. The flowers were dropped off around 245. After all said and done. I check my bank and have two charges for the same amount. They claim it declined once so ran again. Either way I called and had them reverse one of them. The next day, Parker blooms calls me 5 times within an hour leaving no Voicemail. So I call back and on their end it shows they still have no payment from me but on my end it shows their is still a payment out of my bank to them. I'm on a 3 way call with my bank and Parker blooms. My bank confirms they changed me twice and refunded once and their is a payment out of my account for them. As I am explaining to Parker blooms that it's on their end and the money is out of my account. The lady is arguing with me on how they have no payment. The weekend passes. I get another phone call. This is about call number 8 at least. Mind you, I'm not trying to get anything for free I just don't want to be changed multiple times. I get another call again saying they have not been paid. Horrible! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and paid $75. A few days later my husband picks up the order. It is NOTHING like the photo I showed at all. The photo I showed them were all green ball like flowers and what I got was a vase of Daisy's, greenery, some horrible white and purple flowers and 1 green ball thing. I specifically stated I wanted it clean-all the same height with no greenery and not a flowy bouquet. I called them and was told that "piper" didn't get enough information from me and that they should have called me but I should just be happy because it's a beautiful bouquet. No apologies, nothing. Just blamed another employee and basically told me they are pretty so I should be happy. I ended up going to king soopers and paying $27 and made what I wanted myself. This is the absolute best flower shop that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They made me and my daughter feel special the second that we walked in the door. My daughter got to go on a search for a magical flower with fairy dust on it and it really made her day. We ended up getting a stuffed animal cards a wooden sign and metal trinket along with the bouquets that we purchased for mother's Day This is a complete all-in-one flower shop with the absolute best caring service. To top off everything we accidentally forgot one of our items and they called me to remind me immediately and when I pulled up the lady was waiting for me and brought it out to me literally in the rain so I wouldn't have to get out. I couldn't say enough about the care and costumer service that Parker Blooms showed me and my daughter. I will be back to this location every time I need flowers...
