Ive gone to this location quite a few times and never been disappointed in drinks that were made but today March 24th 2024 went in to get a boba drink and did not see anyone in sight yet all 5 employees were on the ground sitting playing on nintendo switch behind register where no one can see them and one of employees was in their PJ like he just got out of bed with messy long hair and went to work. Never seen so much unprofessionalism in a business. Guy in PJ rushed my drink out looking pretty rushed, did not look like how i got my drink before past previous times. Because of how unprofessional these workers were today i did not want to talk to the workers about my drink looking half rushed. My order was done online. A delivery was made earlier than noted though it was someone else’s order. The delivery guy had to use a translator on his phone to communicate with me which I was impressed for the effort. We called the store at Parker Colorado and they said he was given the wrong drinks. After so many minutes which was of course almost 30 min pass the delivery time 3 melted honeydew melon, 1 Oreo slush, and 1 mangonada slush were delivered. After the guy left I noticed there were NO bobas to any of the”Boba” drinks. I called and they said I didn’t select boba they also said they cannot help with the drinks being all melted and no longer slushees. My sister and I love coming here so much, her and I bond over boba. We were super excited when we saw this new boba place opening, but recently when her and I come in we are slightly disappointed. The service we receive seems like the employees don’t want us there and it’s a slightly unsettling environment at times. We are not picky when it comes to service but it seems like everytime as of late we come in and the employees look slightly disappointed which of course doesn’t make us feel great.
