I was trying to find the contact information to reach someone in management to describe my experience tonight. I would have preferred to address this in private, but was not successful finding contact information. I just ordered a "bigger plate" and a "plate" for my family. When at the register, I noticed that the employee rang the register with two bigger plates. I mentioned that I thought he rang the order incorrectly as I only had one bigger plate and one plate. He said I was saving money...specifically $0.50 for ringing the order that way. I looked at him with a puzzled look...made no sense to me. There was a gentlemen right behind me that seemed to be in a hurry...I did not, for some reason feel like insisting that the Panda employee was wrong. Is this a standard practice to recommend that patrons pay for a menu item they did not order, in the name of cost savings? What I was billed for was two bigger plates...there was no evidence of a savings of any kind. If Panda charges me for a certain item, the customer should get what they paid for. What bothers me is that I noticed this and pointed this out and was told something that...
Read moreMy last 3 orders have been wrong via Doordash. First order they were missing my Walnut shrimp, the second the didn't include the red sauce with my sour cream rangoon. I called thandie they said that you have to tell them that you want it. Never have I had to do that before. This this I made me order, called into Panda Express and told them that there was no where on the website to ask for the red sauce. She said, "okay, I will put it in your order." The dasher leaves the food and the red sauce was there BUT NO RANGOONS. I called, and they said, "oh, we're sorry. We will put your name on a list and when you can come up, we will give you a free appetizer. "
So here's the thing, if I wanted to come up, would I have paid the Door Dasher a tip and paid a delivery fee if I had the time to come up? What if I was an out of towner and was leaving the next morning to go back to my hometown? I wouldn't be able to just come up.
People order things at that moment because that is what they want to eat NOW, not at a later date. There truly does need to be a better process on the delivery orders with this...

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at Panda Express that I feel needs to be addressed. While we were waiting for our food, I noticed that the person handling the cash was not wearing gloves, which raised immediate concerns about hygiene. Additionally, our meal sat in a cold area for an extended period while we waited.
We brought our concerns to the manager, who assured us that the food would not be cold by the time we received it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we finally got our meal, it was lukewarm at best and you could taste a fuel in the Beijing beef and not first time tasting this in the food.
To make matters worse, shortly after my husband ate, he fell ill with symptoms of food poisoning, which was incredibly distressing for both of us. This experience has left us worried about the food safety practices at this location.
I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of their customers. As it stands, we are...
