Cinderella Ranch Boutique — Local services in Parker

Last night I returned a sweater to this store. I'm not fond of a store whose policy is store credit only but I can deal with this. I was the only customer in the store for a while and I proceeded to shop for a replacement item to use my store credit. As this store is a small boutique I would expect that they would be interested in helping their customers. This was not the case! The clerk never asked if I needed help. Each time I tried on a few items in the dressing room, I would have to get completely redressed to go back out into the store to find the correct size. The clerk never offered once to help. I was frustrated as they did not have a variety of sizes. There were lots of shirts that had six size smalls or four size larges, in one style, to name just a few examples. I really wanted to find a pair of jeans but was unable to figure out their system. On one wall the jeans were too small but on the other wall they were too long. I'm an average sized women at 5'6", 130lbs, after several tries I finally gave up. Again, no offer of assistance from the clerk. Instead of the boutique shopping being a pleasant experience it was an unpleasant one. I can gaurantee you I will never shop here again. There are just too many choices out there with good...

This wonderful, unique clothing store in the heart of Parker has something for everyone. I love this store so much I am in there at least once a week but sometimes a couple times a week, ( please don't tell my husband) I love everything in the store and buy much of it. Beautiful clothing at a reasonable price and the people that work there are amazing! They have the best customer service in the area. Katie greets everyone with a smile and a "How can I help you" and she always means it. I just love what Cinderella Ranch has brought to our community and I hope it is around for many more years to come. Wow is all I have to say. I’ve never been to this boutique as I live out of state but have ordered from them. The customer service is amazing that you receive. Every time I’ve spoken with someone they’ve been very helpful and kind. This time I had a return and they had to process it the second they picked it up. I shipped it on a Monday and Thursday they processed it. They wrap all their shipments beautifully and my only reason for return was the bag was smaller than I thought.
