We have used Pinetree for years for jewelry repairs and have been very happy. Recently, my engagement ring had a loose prong, so I took it to them and really the only instructions were to replace the head as it was a 30 year old ring still in the original setting. When I got it back, the quality of the work was top notch but the setting was slightly different than my original setting and I was very sad about it. After 30 years, you get pretty attached to your engagement ring! I realized I needed to specify what I was hoping for, and Pinetree went above and beyond to match my original setting. Their repairman called me directly to review what I was looking for and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. My original setting style was not available any longer (not surprising considering it's age!) so he ordered what was close and then hand sculpted it to match. I need for a new gold chain for my wife’s favorite Dragonfly Charm. Pinetree Jewelers was recommended by my neighbors. Walking into the store I was met by Scott the owner. I told Scott what I was looking for and in a matter of minutes I selected the perfect gold chain. It was even better than the original as it’s clasp was a Lobster Claw Clasp. Now I needed to have the Dragonfly attached. Scott said it would be done by 4pm on Thursday. I called Thursday Morning and spoke with Samantha, she confirmed my phone number and said she would call as soon as it was finished. Well she called me at noon to let me know it was ready, 4 hours early. I went to the store and was met by Kathy who delivered my gold chain and charm and let me tell you, it was BETTER than what I had originally purchased.
