HORRIBLE!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND STALLING IS THEIR SCHEME FOR WHATEVER REASON!! CANT SPEAK TO A MANAGER EVER, OWNER SUPPOSEDLY IS IN CANADA??! BEFORE I PURCHASED FROM HERE I TRIED LOOKING FOR A REVIEW AND COULDNT FIND UNTIL YESTERDAY ON FACEBOOK I SAW 2 ANGRY CUSTOMERS THAT WENT THROUGH THE SAME ORDEAL I AM GOING THROUGH. MIND YOU THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A HIGH END FURNITURE STORE SO YOU WOULD THINK THEIR ASSOCIATES ARE TOP NOTCH.. THEY ARE NOT!! SO I HOPE THIS WILL SAvE A HEADACHE FOR MANY!!! HERES MY STORY KIND OF SUMMARIZED.....

I PLACED MY ORDER 10/25/15 WAS PROMISED MY FURNITURE WILL BE IN RIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND I WILL RECEIVE A CALL TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY...THANKSGIVING CAME AND WENT AND NO CALL. CALLED TO CHECK ON STATUS, WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS NOT IN AS OF YET WAITING ON DINING TABLE BUT IT WILL BE IN A WK OR SO. MORE THAN A WK PASSED ONCE AGAIN DIDNT HEAR FROM ANYONE. CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SO CALLED MANAGER WHO I NOW FOUND OUT ISNT A MANAGER AND HE PROMISED EVERYTHING WILL BE DELIVERED THE WK OF DEC14, BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL WAITING ON THIS DINING TABLE!! I SAID OK WHAT YOU GUYS CAN DO FOR ME IS SEND WHAT YOU HAVE NOW WITH NO DELIVERY FEE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN SOOOO PATIENT, THAT IS THE LEAST YOU GUYS CAN DO AFTER BROKEN PROMISES. HE COULDNT GIVE ME AN ANSWER SO HE ASKED IF HE CAN CALL ME. CALLS ME BACK AND SAYS OK WE WILL DO THAT FOR YOU, EXPECT A CALL THIS WK DEC 7TH TO SET UP DATE OF DELIVERY. NO CALL EVER HAPPENED. SO TO NOT CONTINUE TO DRAG THIS STORY, I HAVE CALLED TODAY 12/15 AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER, GUY WHO ANSWERED SAYS OK. BOB"GETS ON THE PHONE AND SAYS HE IS MANAGER, SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, AND GAVE HIM MY INFORMATION SO HE CAN LOOK UP, HE THEN SAYS 'OH I HAVE YOU SCHEDULED FOR THIS FRIDAY TO DELIVER", I SAID NO ACTUALLY I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS FRIDAY WILL NOT WORK, HE THEN SAYS HES TRYING TO WORK WITH ME I SAID NO YOUR NOT I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH, I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND THATS WHEN HE SAID HE DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO REFUND, SO I SAID WHO HAS THIS POWER? AND HE SAYS A MANAGER DOES.. OK ARE YOU NOT A MANAGER AND HE...

Truly Disappointed at the customer service at this store. I went on a Saturday to go look at furniture with my husband and my one year old daughter. As soon as we entered we were very happy with what we saw...the furniture Was very nice. However as soon as the customer service representative sitting at the computer saw us, she didn’t even acknowledge our presence or get up to greet us. My husband and I proceeded to look around anyways thinking she was maybe a little busy and she would get to us afterwards. 45 minutes later and after walking around the entire store no one came to greet us. We noticed about 3-4 employees. And no one came. Yet, we saw another customer enter the store at around the 45 minute mark and two employees, including the one at the computer, rapidly got up to greet her. I was truly shocked. I am a 30 year old Woman, born in this county with Hispanic background. Never have I ever experienced this type of treatment. Although my husband and I saw a bedroom set we loved at this store, for this incident alone, I will never purchase from...

Hopefully you can see this reviews before you spend/waist your hard earn money at this place. A year ago, I purchased a sofa at this place, at first they were accommodating to fix my issue althoug it took some major calling, emailing, texting, following up in general. My issue was the same as other have mentioned here, their furniture is too expensive and not of the best quality. My sofa peleed very quickly, and after a few months they picked it up and all they was paint the peeled area, not a very professional fix. Of course, the paint peeled off again, and again I had to complain. After a year, they replaced the whole sofa and this time not only the leather peeled again, but the mechanism failed, they fix the mechanism but the peels were never addressed. This time they never got back to me..... FYI, they have been closing...
