Rooms To Go Patio — Local services in Parkland

Purchased a patio set in November of 2024. Was told by the sales associate that the teak wood is the must durable product they sell and we would need to maintenance it twice a year. Seemed reasonable. We have already maintenance the set 5 times and everytime we do the wood is peeling off and splintering. We made a complaint to rooms to go by phone and had a service technician come. We have spoken to two seperate managers one told us we should have maintenance it 6 times, another said it should be maintenanced every month. They cannot even agree. Now they are saying we haven’t maintained the product enough. No where does it list a maintenance schedule on line or in sale contract, just up to your prerogative? We have literally been dragged around with this people saying they will get back to us and then not. Then they annotate in the file our number is out of service. This is no way to treat a customer where I have to call and try to constantly track you down. Meanwhile I bought the extended warranty on every piece. Do not recommend your purchasing any...

I order a daybed with a cool Mattress cover, I wanted a hybrid bed bud received a redicilously priced matter and a 200 mattress pad.?I called and complained when it was delivered at least twice. Had no call back. Our customer service person was somewhat helpful. But it’s a year and I’m still sleeping on the living room couch. Even called to check on leather chairs we bought again no call. Service is awful and there knowledge is worse, run don’t walk to another store. After no calls from them in the past year, I called as soon as I received the mattress and bed but was blown off. So now with a perfect mattress I’m trying to find what I asked for. Ginny did not listen to me nor point to problems I might have with a mattress that’s warm a over that never gets col and the height of the bed with such a soft mattress I can’t lean. On it it’s been the worst sleep I ever got. Also she sold me a mattress they were no longer carrying, I wonder why? She lied and said it was on sale. We we went to LOOK !.. for a patio chair and we end up with a whole patio set thanks to Diana. Since the moment you enter the store you can feel the good a Atmosphere and good vibe , Diana welcomed us since we stepped inside the store, never pushed us for anything . We went 3 times before we placed the order and Diana keep smiling at us and answered every single question we had . Since then we made 3 more Purchases and we’ll go for the 4th!
