All I can say is wow!!! This place went above and beyond. Beginning with the cashier who was all smiles, and very positive and patient. As I was waiting for my food, I saw a very small spot of ketchup on the table I picked. So I went to the napkin dispensary, and started to wipe the table. A gentleman named Joey came up very politely to me and apologized. He took sanitizing wipes and wiped down the table for me. He told me that it's been a very busy day with many children coming for a meal as it was back to school season. He was obviously trying to keep up with all the mess that was being left behind. He offered my children two plastic children's place mats that were so cool! You just peel the sticker off the back and place it on the table for a clean surface on top of the table. He showed me how to do it as well. Then he came back again with a handful of antibacterial wipes, and some mints. He asked me quietly if he could give us mints, being that I had children with me. I told him it was okay and he told my children that he had mints for them but that they had to ask me if they could have it, after they completed their meals. He was extremely well mannered towards children, and guests. I could not believe how gentle and sophisticated and all around pleasant this gentleman was specifically to me and my family. This restaurant is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. He absolutely went above and beyond. I hope and pray that this gentleman is recognized for his wonderful work. They are very lucky that they had found this gentleman, Joey to work for them. Thank you again Joey for the wonderful experience You are the embodiment of superior...
Read moreI work a security job while I search for full time employment. My uniform shirt has a badge embroidered on it. This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast on my way to work. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and the employee at the drive-thru could see me looking at my watch. She then told me that they were waiting on the chicken biscuit I had ordered. I think she thought I was a police officer and did not want to serve me. I am NOT a police officer. She offered no solution, no alternative to get me food, no idea of the additional wait time and did not give me the Coke I had ordered. Keep in mind that I paid for the food. No manager was called, no help was offered. I had to leave and was of course late for work. The only thing that makes sense to me is that she thought I was a police officer and didn't want to let me get food. Great start to the day! I will have to go tomorrow morning to speak to the manager there and see what happens. They will probably do nothing. I've been going to this Chick-fil-A for a long time and never had an issue before. Very sad that someone who works for a living can't get food that was paid for. UPDATE: Went this morning to redeem my "free" items that the manager gave me to make up for not getting my food the other day. I placed the order on the mobile app and went to the store. The employee brought out my soda and the hash browns and "conveniently " there was no spicy biscuit that I had ordered. I'm now taking this personally as there is no way this could happen again. I will be asking for a district manager to contact me. This is...
Read moreI always come to this chick fil a and it’s always AMAZING service. Although today I had a pick up order I placed on the chick fil a app and when I went through the drive thru and told them I was here for pick up which I always do, the lady on the microphone, her name was Carla, told me that she didn’t have my order and I offered to show her a screenshot of my order confirmation and it being at the right address and she stated “I don’t care if you have a screenshot if we don’t have the order then there’s nothing we can do about it” in an extremely rude tone. I laughed at her because I genuinely thought she was joking. I’ve never received that type of unwillingness or un-cooperation at chick fil a. And she said that I could “I guess pull up and she will “just figure it out.” I pull up and she miraculously finds my order and says “just so you know, your order was a mobile order not a pick up.” In a snarky tone, then she walks away from me. Now I want you to re read that and tell me how a mobile order and a pick up are two different things. And before you ask, no I did not order for delivery accidentally. I was 100% sure it was for pick up. I’m extremely disappointed in this locations training of...
