UH Parma Outpatient Center at MAC4 – Radiology Services — Local services in Parma

Anytime we come to get an echo, CT, or MRI we are taken on time and usually out very quickly... But today I took my mom for her appointment at 8am, they canceled it at 740 and didn't tell us and apparently nobody knows why it was cancelled so we called to see what happened and the lady took an hour to call back so we left at 840 then she called at 850 and said her appointment is now changed to 9am, so we turn around and drive back and sit for an hour and go to registration and they dint have her appointment so we leave again at 10am complete waste of time and our morning which I could have been working if they weren't going to take her in...

I would give zero if i could. I came to the radiology and had impression that I enter bucher shop. First I had to take number and wait to be colled by alien voice and stepped into cubicle and speak with totally unprofessional person who was yawning all the time, couldn’t find my info.... than I was colled after 32 min in and “lady” technician was unpleasant without a word was pulling me left right up down. The thing is I have whole different experiences when this hospital was Parma General, caring and compassionate stuff.... but now this is not it. Never will...

Incompetent, rude, unprofessional from the registry to the blood draw. Not up to UH standards at all. It’s an old country lab with UH branding. The lady at the registry was not able to comprehend the need for a time sensitive blood draw, said that they do it all the time and basically told me to sit back down. A lab representative that just called me even admitted that this was a mistake. Instead of catching an attitude try to grasp the subject matter at hand, would be my advice to her. Would give 0 as well if I could. Ridiculous behavior and terrible...
