Read moreUpdate- 9/19/23- I went through the drive thru and ordered only a breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce only. We waited about 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, which is too long to wait for a single sandwich. The bill was $5.29 and I handed the young man $10.29 cash. He then handed me the bag with the sandwich and walked away. I waited a minute to see if he would bring my change. When he did not, I called him over and explained that I gave him $10.29 and the bill was $5.29 and I was waiting for change. He did not understand so I explained it again. He called his manager over and told her what I said and asked her what to do. She told him to give me my change. He was confused and he asked her how much to give me. She told him to give me a five dollar bill. A coworker said to him “It’s simple math.” After another minute or so, he finally gave me $5.00. When I looked at the sandwich the lettuce was completely wilted and looked old, so I threw it away and just ate the sandwich. This experience concerns me on a few levels. Read moreThe past 2 times I've gone here my order was missing items. Guess that's my fault for not checking the bag before I left. This time they didn't include my waffle fries or the crunchy peppers for the side salad (that's literally the best part about their salads). And their customer support system is completely useless. You have to call to resolve any issues but it won't let you speak directly with the store, you only have the option to leave a voicemail for them to call you back at a later time. So you're forced to talk to their customer support, and the representative said they will send the feedback to the store and the store will call me. When? "Since all Chick-fil-A locations are independently operated I can't give you a timeframe" is the answer I got from the customer service rep. I ordered on the mobile app, why can't you guys just refund me or give me a free waffle fry reward or something? Such awful customer service.
Edit: 3 weeks later and I never received a call from the store or customer support. I knew this would happen and stupidly had hope they would actually follow through....
