“Disappointment with Return/Exchange Policy and Coupon Usage”

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which unfortunately has left me quite disappointed.
Last week, I visited your store and purchased several items, which I was very happy with. During that visit, two gentlemen were extremely helpful and informed me about the 30-day exchange or refund policy, which I found very accommodating.
However, when I returned to your store to make another purchase and use a 10% coupon I had, I was surprised to learn that applying the coupon would nullify my ability to exchange or return items. Additionally, the lady attending to me mentioned that the store's return/exchange policy is only valid for 15 days. This information was not communicated to me during my previous visit.
I found this policy discrepancy quite confusing and concerning, especially when buying Eid clothes for my family, where correct sizing is crucial. I ended up purchasing items without using my coupon to ensure I could still exchange or refund them later, which was disappointing.
As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to return to your store. I had hoped to have found a reliable place in NJ to purchase festive items, but this issue has made me reconsider.
I kindly request that you review and update your return/exchange policy to ensure it aligns with customer expectations and is clearly communicated to all patrons. I then found their WhatsApp number and sent a message requesting cancellation—still no reply until after the order was shipped.
I clearly stated that I would return the item, which I did—at my own expense—as soon as it arrived. Now, despite having the product back in their hands, they’re refusing to refund me and only offering a gift card, citing a policy for orders over $80.
Even if that’s their policy, the issue is that they ignored my messages when it was still possible to cancel the order. This felt like a tactic to force the sale through. I followed all the right steps, but their lack of timely customer service has left me stuck with store credit I don’t want.

When I received the clothes, I noticed that one of the items had a large stain on it. I was really disappointed and frustrated as my son was looking forward to wearing the clothes. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that another garment also had a small stain on it. I was really upset with the quality of the clothes and the fact that they weren't thoroughly checked before being sent out to customers. It made me wonder how many other people had received damaged items.
