Arlington Plaza — Local services in Parsippany-Troy Hills

Has a lot of stores, but unfortunately many if them have closed. Kmart, bed bath and beyond are just a few more to add to the list of stores that have went out of business and this is before Covid. Staples, IHOP, ShopRite, Parsippany dental, pizza place and a laundromat or cleaners and some odd and end stores. Five guys and the new planet fitness are still closed due to Covid. IHOP is open and serving outside under great awning. Not to windy or hot. Covid safe. Can't eat inside, but can use restroom. Wed they have $5 burger with side(usually$11). Worth it. Where are all the businesses going and why? First Kmart leaves, Sears comes and leaves and Kmart come s back and goes again. Modelles leaves and so does Bed Bath and Beyond. Rumors are saying housing is going up. I would hope for a different kind of entertainment zone would establish themselves here. I miss the days when there was a horseback...
