I wish I could provide a five star rating based on my family’s experience here this past Saturday night but unfortunately, I have to consider the OVERALL experience. I want to emphasize that OUR SERVER, Li, WAS OUTSTANDING. :) She is the main reason I can offer any stars at all and she did prevent this review from being a one star kind. Li was so friendly, professional, and on the ball- in fact, I cannot recall the last time I met such a wonderful person! She deserves a big raise and bonus!! She was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the new Brussels sprouts appetizer which I actually ended up ordering (delicious by the way!). She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was A-1 (see what I did there?! Ha). Seriously, though, what a gem. I wish my experience upon arriving was as wonderful. Sadly, the FRONT END WAS one gigantic HOT MESS. I had called (like I’ve done many times before) to do the call ahead seating and got my name on the list. I understand completely this list is not a reservation list HOWEVER, when I got there and was finally able to get the attention of the hostess (can I emphasize hot mess up front?!), she told me as she quickly scrolled through the computer that she didn’t have me on the list. I explained I’d just called 45 mins prior and spoken to a male (I didn’t understand his name when he told me) and that he had placed me on the call-ahead list. She gave me a buzzer in a frantic manner and proceeded to buzz around and attend to others. **I overheard her tell another woman that she didn’t have her in the call ahead list either and the woman said the same thing I’d said- that she’d called and spoken to a man for the call ahead list. I don’t know who dropped the ball- the hostess was pretty frenzied so it’s possible she missed our names on the list but no matter the cause, the front end should NEVER be run like this. I was a hostess years ago and also worked in retail and this is NOT the way to do it folks.** I get it- it’s stressful when you have a crowd of hungry patrons but the worst thing you can do is make it worse by spazzing out and letting that make you come off as completely unwelcoming and rude. It just makes everything worse. I’d only come back for Li and for the delicious food. I needed a stiff drink after the waiting area experience and luckily, my Old Fashioned was awesome, as was my steak. TO THE MANAGER: PLEASE WORK WITH YOUR FRONT END EMPLOYEES AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY. You’ve got to get it together to ensure that patrons’ experiences are favorable from start to finish. Thank you, Li, for your outstanding service! She kept me from walking the heck out! :)

We were pleasantly surprised with how good this place was. We decided to go here after driving by it for years not even thinking about it, but one day I became intrigued and was in the mood for steak, so why not? Honestly, we googled it first not knowing what to expect - people online seem to really like this chain so we got excited. When we arrived there was a 40 minute wait. The place was poppin. That's always a good sign. We sat at the bar and got a couple beers and chatted with the bartender who was super nice. We received the text that our table is ready and we were seated, and our waiter Michael was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which steak to get. I ended up going for the Outlaw Ribeye based on his recommendation, and she got the NY Strip (my usual go-to cut). Food didn't take long to come out, but we certainly enjoyed the 8 inch solid loaf of STEAMING HOT bread they gave us in the meantime. Let's just take a minute to appreciate the pre-meal bread & butter. It was fantastic. Take notes, other restaurants. Our steaks were full of flavor. We both ordered medium. I will say mine was cooked closer to medium-well, but it didn't take away from the flavor so I just decided to stick with it (I'm not a rare or medium-rare person). That said, I did notify my waiter at the end of the meal and he was apologetic and let me know that they had a new guy on the chargrill, which he admitted was a bad move. I told him it wasn't an issue since I still enjoyed my steak, but knowing this I will be a bit more picky about the temp of my steak when it comes out next time. Hers was cooked to absolute PERFECTION. A note about the sides - I had mashed potatotes, she had fries, we both got salads. All of it was fantastic and we ate every last bite. I also got a chocolate lava cake for dessert. It was massive and delicious. The prices were beyond reproach. Less than $100 for 2 steaks with 2 sides each and 2 drinks and a dessert. We didn't get any apps because we weren't really into any of them. Maybe another day we will. Ultimately - steaks were 4.5/5, service was 5/5, atmosphere was 4.5/5, prices were 5/5. You can't beat it for a chain restaurant that does not advertise or have any marketing (learned that from our waiter) and goes only by word of mouth. That's saying something. We will definitely be returning. Great work, LongHorn!

Food, Decor, service, as great as it could be... Desiree (server) was great Well, it was a wonderful experience. Was there with my family this Tuesday (7/30) and was eager to try steak first time. Trying pork these days so had to try pork steak. The restaurant was not crowded and we got the booth quickly. Décor was simply amazing. Cowboy theme. Dim light and décor items throughout the restaurant with some antique pieces. I loved the ambiance. Desiree was our server and such a sweet lady she is. Asked for what’s special in drink and also asked what I should try in pork as it was my first time. She patiently described the menu. We ordered beer for ourselves and mango margarita for my wife. Margarita was really good ( whatever wife says, you have to agree). We ordered Firecracker Wrap and Wild West Shrimp in appetizers. Firecracker Wrap – small chicken pieces in a tiny wrap with salad items and dressing- it was good Wild West Shrimp – fried shrimp with a hint of pickles with dressing- liked it In entrée, Desiree suggested going for Baby Back ribs. I ordered that and my friends ordered Twin Lobster Tails and Salmon 10 oz. Baby Back ribs- it was well cooked with BBQ sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it Twin Lobster Tails – a great dish Salmon 10 oz – fish was great in taste All entrée comes with a side dish and salads. We could not finish our food and had to pack the rest and Desiree was there to mock me, hey Mr Pork, did you finish your fries and ribs. She is a lovely lady. I saw she gave a greeting card with the signature of employees and manager, to one couple when she happened to know it’s their anniversary. It was a lovely gesture by the restaurant. Service was top class. Desiree & Manager ( forgot his name) was checking on our entire stay. Enjoyed my meal and evening. Definitely recommended.

Great atmosphere. But the best part is the food. I have no idea what they do to that chicken to make it so moist or how they're handling steak to make it so tender, but let me tell you, this has to be one of the best meals I've ever had. The Flo filet is freaking fabulous!!!! I apologize for my language but it's the truth. Even the lunch deals are amazing. I spent almost $20 at a well-known fast food restaurant for 3 adults and 1 child and as I was eating that guilt came over me,. That I know it's not the healthiest choices to be making especially for a child. At longhorn I spent$31 unlimited bread, free refills I was waited on by friendly staff, who knew the menu. Guided us to what we.would like.based on what we told them This is important when you have a family member who has a lot of allergies. Not only did they make sure everything came out correctly, the manager also came Out, introduced himself and said he had been part of the longhorn steakhouse family for 18 years, and still can't figure out the magic of such amazing food. Perfect for lunchtime. Call ahead seating available... use it,. Especially on the weekends. Sign Up and Receive coupons For Free Apps and a.little.surprise on your birthday. Outback was my go to. Surf. And. Turf. Type. Of restaurant, but longhorn has knocked it into 2nd.place.

Wheel Chair accessible Curbside pick. Up Kids. Menuask for one Clean restrooms Bar w tv for games Fun Western decor Outside.smoking Handicapped parking right in front Looking for. A. Perfect. Gift???? Gift card!!!! $25 goes A Long way Something. For. Even the pickiest. Of people(cough my lovely mom).... And If you don't see it on.menu, then you ask.

Give it. A. Try. And then let me know if I was Wrong.

Again,. A. Friendly. Staff makes anymeal. So much better. Let the manager know. You read On here How. He. Made. Our dining experience that much better. (Sorry for all the dots problem with keyboard😁). I guarantee you'll leave with a full belly, satisfied tastebuds, and money. Left in your wallet PS the . Deserts Take it to a whole...
