BEWARE WHEN RETURNING STUFF HERE! I recently returned an unopened leaf blower that I bought. I was going to use it until I saw a ryobi go onsale at home depot. I bought the blower with a debit card, when I returned the item i was told the money would go back onto my card. Fast forward a month later and money still not on my card. I thought it was odd that they did not ask me to insert my card since usually most stores ask for you to insert your debit card to refund you money. The next time I went to refund an item, they told me the same thing but I argued with the supervisor Jim that last time I was told this I never got the money back. He seemed so surprised and made it seem like it was my banks fault. I went to the Harbor Freight in Wayne and they told me for returns with debit, they give cash back because their system doesn't allow for refund of money through the debit card. Long story, but either the employees and management here do not know how their systems work, or they are stealing...
