The manager/head store clerk is a liar. My cousin and I ordered a dresses. We were told that the dresses will be coming in a week and that she will call us. Two weeks later we still didn't get any calls. So we decided to pay a visit. Once coming into the store there was barely any employees there was one employee and then the manager. Later we found out that a lot of people quit. We asked the manager what had happened to our dresses. She checked her notebook and said "They didn't have you're size." The same goes for my cousin's dress. Once the manager walked away I checked her little notebook and EVERY SINGLE ORDER had not available on it. The manager had a little conflict going on with another customer who had 3 dresses a 3 weeks before they came in and none of they're dresses were available too claiming also that she never called too. This Asian woman at the store had the most rudest attitude ever! My aunt was trying to buy a dress for me and my cousins, my aunt was paying for the dresses when her card wasn’t working. This woman yelled at her and told her to leave the store and that we couldn’t buy our dresses! One of these dresses we ordered 1 week later for my cousins sweet 16 and this lady is going to cancel it! Can you believe this woman! The other employees have to go through with this. No one responds to emails for 3 weeks . They said they give you a free returns. If you are not satisfied do you have up to 30 days well if they don't respond back which is what they don't do they don't wanna give you the money back . I used PayPal who also did not follow thru enough and I had to keep emailing seller and contacting PayPal who decided since I didn't hear from the seller, the seller wins, and I lose my money .
