Honestly, I love the food here, my go to is the mangoneada. I would literally go every weekend because I couldn’t get enough. HOWEVER, from the 3 locations I went to the service is so bad. In addition, the wait time is sometimes insane. I had my last bad encounter recently, after that I’m not coming no more sadly, I just can’t keep going getting bad treatment just for something good. Honestly I don’t know how to explain how horrible this place is.I went yesterday with my family an hour before closing and we were greeted horribly that lady at the front desk looked like she did not want us their and made us looks.Half of the menu wasn’t even available.The atmosphere was not welcoming at all and I do not recommend coming to this location!! I was honestly disappointed with their service.The food is way over priced and tasteless!! A small cup of Cheetos and cheese is 7$ not including tax. I will not be coming to this...

Lady attending has a very bad attitude. 1st time there and will never be back. I didnt know much about the varitey in the menu. I asked he what is in a drink on the menu and she responded with you can read it on your own. I walked out went 2 blocks down to fruti landia. Much different experience there. Gentleman was very polite he explained all ingredients on his drinks and had good recommendations. Will definitely keep returning to fruiti landia and never again...
