The Diamond Hall — Local services in Passaic

Although I did not personally rent this hall, I attended an event there and was deeply disappointed by the experience. Despite the spacious and nice updated interior, the staff’s behavior was exceptionally rude. Furthermore, all lighting was turned on approximately 40 minutes before the scheduled end time, and the “security” personnel were unprofessional and demanded that we leave while we were trying to gather our belongings. It is unclear whether the security staff mistook this for a nightclub with intoxicated patrons, as the event was a family-friendly occasion and all was very cordial.
