I will go out of my way to shop at another location from now on. After ordering a Christmas tree skirt ship-to-store in November and not receiving an update, I called the store to check on it. The manager Melanie so rudely told me if there was no email, it wasn’t there. She didn’t offer much else in the way of help. I returned to the store 12/18 and spoke to a sweet salesperson. In trying to help me, Melanie snapped at her in front of me that It simply wasn’t there, then continued when the associate tried to see if they had any skirts still in stock at the actual store and gave her even more grief when she offered to check the back for me. A manager at another location finally informed me the issue was probably that the package was misdelivered to another store or lost and that I should cancel. Read moreI called the store to check if they had an item in stock. The woman, Katrina or Karina, I don’t remember which, answered the phone nicely. However, as soon as I told her what I was looking for, she started asking me if I was from another store. When I told her I was customer looking for the chairs, she kept asking and telling me she spoke with another store. I’m not sure why this was my problem as a potential customer ready to spend my money. When I asked if they had the item in stock, she asked how many I needed, for whatever reason, ignoring my question. I’m not sure what beef or problem she has with this other store but she definitely doesn’t need to be working at the store if this is how she speaks with customers. Read moreI must say that I don't enjoy writing bad reviews so I won't. What I will say is there a long time associate who I've seen many times in my visits to this store who seems to have an issue with people like me as in, she makes no effort to offer assistance or answer any questions in a helpful manner. Now I will also state that this store is always very clean and organized and all other associates I've encountered were exceptional. It seems the associate I speak of is in need of retraining in diverse behavior. I am extremely frustrated because the item in question that she refused to assist me with was something I had been on the hunt for, for a long time....
