PLEASE DO NOT come here to buy jewelry. GO TO JAMES AVERY. This place is a disgrace. Management is unprofessional, lack customer service skills, and they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Yesterday night my husband, and daughter came to buy me a bracelet for my birthday. I was met by a manager named Doya or Dayana or something like that and she was rude, failed to provide me the items that I wanted, and she was clearly lazy. You can tell that she did not want to do her job nor was she interested with assisting me with my request. Came back this afternoon, met with the assistant manager, told her my complaint, and she did not assist either. She actually found the bracelet I wanted and the manager from yesterday did not even look for it! She tried to give me something off display and I told her I’m not paying for that I don’t know who has touched it and she said I can’t discount anything for you. So we walked right out the door. Today, I Told her that I should be discounted as an emergent healthcare professional and she did not want to provide me with the discount. I am already on record as a verified Licence holder for the 10% discount. I have invested so much money into Pandora and it sickens me that I have been treated this way. Instead of the assistant manager helping me she came over and disregarded my entire complaint. In my opinion you should want to provide some discount for dissatisfaction of customer service. I am disappointed and I plan to NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Also, their charms are OVERPRICED and they are a mediocre jewelry company. Clearly, the employees there need more training.

Read moreI went to this location @ 2.19.23 around 4:30pm thinking oh Pandora I love Pandora I needed to exchange a ring because it was to big…walked inside was greeted & by the two ladies & they went back to there conversation Like no customers were inside until I interrupted them to tell them what I needed and I said to exchange the ring she asked did I wear the ring I said yes only once and she gave me a ring two sizes down and the ring was on the finger and I thought we were all set and she’s examining the other ring not saying anything until she finally says “are you sure you wore the ring once it has scratches and everything “ and I said I told you yes one time but if it’s such a problem I can pay for the ring it’s not like I don’t have money to pay for the ring like don’t do that….also very unprofessional was talking about another customer infront of me while the lady was standing across from me . This actually ruined my experience at the mall and I will not go back to that location due to the lack of respect they had , I got in the car & cried...

The manager Spanish older lady Rosa has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store I have been to. Trying to return an item that we paid $185 for as a gift, and she has the nerve to tell me the clicking noise on an earring was not clicking so she couldn’t return it at her store! What? So your telling me never worn, and under 1 week, and with a full receipt I can not return it cause of a clicking noise you don’t hear? I had to drive all the way to Sugarland cause she said it has to go back to that store! Horrible! So I go and they said nothing was wrong with the earrings, and they get several customers who complain on Rosa treating them disrespectful. My time and gas for this!
