sorry this is wordy: REVIEW ON BIRTHDAY PARTY NOT THE STORE ITSELF I would not recommend you spend $300 on an hour and a half birthday party unless the child is small between 1-3 years old it's not worth it.
Our son turned 7 he begged us to go to this place for his birthday. We booked party time from 11-12:30 totaling about $300 for up to 15 children.... (12 kids arrived altogether) we still went with it thinking the children would be able to enjoy the hour an a half of fun and mini fig building til the end of the party.
That wasn't the case (. Instead of the staff keeping that play time open for the duration of the party, they closed the play time as soon as the first few guest (5) were done making figs . They rushed the party along for food and gifts. (they are mostly confined to a party room the store is not apart of the party) ..Making rude comments between themselves as some children arrived tardy (as people do at parties) however, there was still time in between food and gifts where other children arriving could've made their mini figs, and been apart of the experience, but they were ignored as staff shut the bins and didn't even acknowledge the children.
The major problem is the lack of professionalism and rude behavior The fact that i'm not a confrontational person is the only reason this day ended smoothly. The two attendants stayed in the party room the entire party. That was a bit weird and uncomfortable as they were literally just standing there with no interaction with the kids beyond the initial mini figs.
I guess they didn't realize we could hear their personal sidebar conversations under their mask about our guest arriving late and about the party almost ending, (basically rushing us along) as if we didn't have time left in our booking, regardless if it was 10 mins or 30 mins. We wanted our son to acknowledge everyone and fully enjoy the space. I apologized to the guest for the lack of experience after hearing the rude comments , and decided to speed up the ending of the party party and treat the entire party to urban air instead totaling $315 ...same amount of money for the kids to play as long as they want and experience 10 times the activities. Basically spend the money where the kids can maximize on fun and time, and you won't...
Read moreMy 7 year old son is absolutely obsessed with Legos so we have visited this store numerous times over the past 3-4 years. The owners and staff have always been nothing but friendly and helpful. Yesterday we had our son’s 7th birthday there where all his Lego dreams came true enjoying Legos with his friends! Im very surprised by some of the reviews here.
The party room may not be huge but we really had plenty of room for the 15 kids and parents that came—around 23 people total. We had room for our food and drinks, cake and snacks as well as a gift table. The kids had a long table all to themselves for the activities. Two activities were included in the booking price these alone would have been enough to keep the younger kids (ages 3-5) entertained but we added the optional 3rd activity which I think the older kids (age 6-10) appreciated. The extra activity also extends the party time from 90min to 2 hours.
The staff was excellent. They reserved a space in front of the store for us and brought out a cart to help us transfer all our supplies into the store. Sherry the assistant manager was our host and she was nothing but patient with us but also kept the activities moving at a steady pace. I brought some Lego coloring pages and markers for the kids to have fun while we waited for everyone to arrive and I had a few very small things that the kids did in between breakdown and set up of activities. Sherry allowed for all these things and we never felt pressured at all to wrap things up.

Read moreWorst experience in my life. As a brother to a disabled brother I am completely at lost for words with the treatment of this store in Pearland ! From the moment we walked in we weren’t even greeted. The older gentleman as much as the younger one where pointing there noise towards us in such a way as if we smelled or weren’t humans . I couldn’t understand how these people could treat a person by his race or by his gender. It’s supposed to be a place of enjoyment excitement and a place where as a collector or just a person who like/loves legos should be able to be comfortable but instead you guys made a remark about a receipt for the legos he was selling and the crazy part was we called that store 2/3 times that day and never once did they ask for that but judging on our appearance and my brothers disability we where turned down saying “the legos had a stench of cat piss “ & they where going to have to pass but my brother had been building that set the whole night excited to go and sell\trade for another set so he can do what he loves most which is building his legos . NO ONE SHOULD BE JUDGED BY GENDER! BY RACE! OR AT ALL. Btw we don’t own a cat . Worst experience of my life . And YES WE ARE...
