I had mixed feelings about leaving a review but I figured others should learn from my experience. While the furniture we received was great, the sales practices were questionable at best. First we were told by our sales assistant that a mattress protector would be included only to find out we had actually been charged for it and theyâre not cheap. Well over a 160 dollars when alternatives can be found on Amazon for half the price. Additionally, while there was a brief discussion on coverage for one of the items, they decided to apply this to all the items we bought which was nearly $1,000 in additional fees. They also charged us set up and delivery fees for items that didnât need set up and the cost is significantly different between a drop off verses a set up fee. At first the customer service rep refused to change the fee and it wasnât until we threatened to cancel the entire order that it was changed. Because the customer service department is horrible to deal with over the phone we were forced to go back to the store to make sure the necessary adjustments were made (again over $1,000 dollars returned and we canceled another item) Take it from my experience and please CHECK YOUR RECEIPT to ensure everything is charged correctly. I previewed all the items online prior to visiting the store and arranged an appointment through the storeâs website chat feature as I wanted to reassure myself before pulling the trigger. I was extremely fortunate that the salesman assigned to me was Otto Pares. From his introduction and throughout the entire sales process Otto demonstrated to be the ultimate sales professional in every aspect. He is experienced in the industry, possesses an incredible wealth of knowledge in all things furniture related, including the different brands, types, designs, and color combinations. I quickly became very impressed with his proficient customer service skills, pleasant demeanor, and superb versatility in managing the entire sales process to ensure that you do not leave the store unless fully happy and satisfied with your purchase, as I am. This includes follow up communication and service if, for any reason, one has the need or desire to add, remove, or exchange items once the initial order has been placed but before it is delivered.
