I’m not sure if it is because I went to this location specifically but I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. Bahama Breeze is somewhere I went to a lot as a kid and I was in the mood for a salad my mom and I used to share all the time so I decided to stop by and grab a quick bite & beverage. I ordered the honey hot margarita. It comes in a fairly large glass… I finished the drink in three minutes or less. I know the timing because I had just started a phone call when I received the drink. Solid ice still piled upwards past the the brim of my glass once I was finished with the actual drink. Although I was disappointed with the rip off that was the decision to put that much ice in a margarita, my irritation was at its highest when I received the tropical chicken salad. I was confused and thought I ordered the wrong thing at first so I went on the website to see what it’s supposed to look like because it did not match my memory. And of course, on the website was the salad I used to order with my mom. In front of me was a salad, not even of a sharing proportion that contained wilted lettuce and strawberries on the brink of expiry. I will post a picture of my salad and you can compare it to the one they have on their website. (I’ll also include a picture of my dirty silverware which caused me to reach for a plastic to go utensils) I tried to push through, but I really should have just sent it back. The bar service wasn’t great either. As a bartender myself, I like to sit at the bar; I like to see my drink being made. When I first came in, I asked if the outdoor bar was open, they told me yes. The answer was no because the bartender from the inside bar was periodically coming out to the outdoor bar to take my order and check on me in between working inside. Her presence and attention to me was the highest once the bill was presented. At one point she pulled out a card reader and told me she was ready to take my payment even though I never expressed that I was ready to go. I let her know I was paying cash. At one point (before I got my salad) The manager briskly came over to ask me if my “appetizer was okay”… Not going to lie, in my own opinion, this experience shed light on why some of these type of restaurants are slowly falling off.

3 stars for food, it was 5 of us and we all enjoyed our food. My mom get allergic reactions whenever she eats certain fruits and vegetables, one of her dish had Mango and avocado salad in them and she didn't know that (she said the menu doesnt disclose this information) when ordering the meal our waiter Stephan did not ask any questions, he immediately asked for the plate back and informed her he will make sure the cooks know to make the entire meal over and to make sure there is no (listed food that mom is allergic to) in the sauce or on the plate. The dish was able to be remade within 15 minutes. The ambiance 2 stars was nice with the music, making us dance and sing along every once in a while. We were seated inside, as there is an option to an outside sitting area. Service 2 stars because the restroom was less than clean, and toilet paper was everywhere. There were wet floods, which were terrible for my almost 90 year old grandmother to walk on. I was so afraid for her slipping and falling in the restroom that I had to hold her hand. The bathroom was badly light. Some stalls looked almost blacked out. Disgusting 🫣 And to top it all off, my grandma fell outside the entrance doors on the stairs right outside when we were leaving. It's completely unacceptable! I'll visit again but without my grandma in tow and with lowered expectations. Note: To those of you with any kind of allergies due to ingesting food items, be sure to verify sauces and condiments used in the making of the meal. Also, check the restroom floor for wet floors or excess toilet paper, and please watch your step outside when walking up or down the front door entrance steps. We came back to this location. Had a much better time. I ordered the seafood paella. Cool vibes, good for families, music is fun to sing along and dance to. Pics of meal and menu item added. Used gift cards to pay 50 percent and used a card to pay the rest.

Located along Pines Blvd., Bahama Breeze is an appealing restaurant that caters, has happy hour daily, indoor & outdoor seating, live band music, and offers a variety of island-flavored dishes such as: * Appetizers * Snacks & small plates * Soups * Salads * Steak/pork/chicken/seafood dishes * Tacos * Burgers & sandwiches * Full stock bar/cold & hot beverages * Beer/wine/specialty drinks * Desserts * Kids menu As I entered the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and seated immediately. My server brought me the menu and I decided to try the pineapple-coconut martini for the drink, and for an appetizer, tostones with chicken. The drink and appetizer came out within 10 minutes and everything looked good. The martini was sweet with a touch of rum. The tostones was absolutely delicious with melted cheese, chicken, peppers, and salsa. After a few more martinis, I ordered Key West shrimp & grits and man it was awesome! The cheesy grits was cooked nicely and really accommodated the shrimp which was tenderly cooked with mushrooms. The dish was also served with tender green beans. Surprisingly, I still had room for dessert. Next I ordered the rum cake...like I didn't have enough rum throughout the course of my meal. The moist cake was soaked in Bacardi Oakheart Rum and topped with vanilla ice cream, which sat in a raisin butterscotch sauce...DE-LISH! I had such an enjoyable dining experience at Bahama Breeze and will definitely return to try other drinks & dishes. Oh before I forget, you can also reserve private dining for any event.

If you respect yourself, do not visit this location. My family and myself were discriminated by our server. It was supposed to be a lovely dinner date with my mother, who is a end stage kidney/dialysis patient and my mother in law who is a cancer survivor, end it with an embarrasing and disgusting evening. Not the first that this happens and it's has been the same lady. I've visited this location at Pembroke Pines, FL for almost now 3 years, every Saturday on a date dinner with my husband and for our mothers' birthday. The front host even know me already, amazing person, his name is Kenneth. We always order the same and I have at least 2 margaritas and always order at least 1-2 to go. There is a waitress, I think her name is Stephanie, which one day back around March 2023, denied me an order, for something that Ive ordered every Saturday, long story short the manager got involved, after a very uncomfortable and embarrasing situation, especially when you are calling a loyal customer a lier, they served my order with the sides I have always chosen.... Just today we had the same waitress, I treated her with respect and a smile, because I love the restaurant and was with our mothers celebrating one of their bday, first she came with the excuse there was no Churrasco, when it was my time to order, I had to order something I didnt want, no problem, the food came and I politely asked for napkins, she came back with wet tissues saying they ran out of napkins, ok no problem, was a bit odd, due to how busy this restaurant is and never had issues before. Shen then came with the check, a print out receipt, that haver never happened before, as they have the stations on the table to order and to pay. So, my husband handed her $30 as a tip and I asked, as usual, to please add to the check 1 margarita to go and she replied with surprise: "A Margarita to go??? Ok I'll be right back... She came back saying the General Manager said No that we don't sell alcoholics drinks to to... NOW I was every surprised as I always ordered to go, she immediately, like back in March, offered to have the manager come to speak with me..... The GM treated me with so much disgraced, not believing my words. I shared all of the above and his excuse was, they've been doing it wrong, so I asked you are saying they served me for over 1 year the last being last Saturday and the entire staff was wrong? He said I've only being here for a few months; so I said again, well, they just served me a Margarita to go just last Saturday. He kept saying the same, they were doing it wrong. I went by asking, quick question, do you guys have napkins and said oh yes we sure do and also wet tissues...Aha, well then I dont believe your words, because I find it odd that every time Ive been denied something have been the 2 times the same waitress have served us, she said there was no napkins and another occasion she refused to change our sides and he stood shut, so therefore I find it very odd you are refusing to sell me a Margarita to go, but I repect so thank you, and Cody, thats the GM"s name simply walked away.. They lost 5 valued customers........ As much as I advertised this place at my workside, a billionaire company, I will advertise the negativity now. So,.it is more than just 5 simple customers who's mothers were disgused as I was with the whole situation, not to mention, that just like back in March 2023, all the customers kept staring at us, because they talk loud. Crazy how this waitress is the one who when she is questioned, immediately brings the manager. I know this maybe like "toilet paper" for you, as it is a busy restaurant, but I reserve the right...

Do not recommend for date night.

Came here on date night on a Wednesday around 7:30, the last week of school, so it was busy.

We weren't the only table in our section comped tonight. We appreciated the comp, and the manager gave us a gift card for next time, but we're from out of state visiting friends and family, so an experience is what it is and we ended up passing the card onto our babysitter. It was a much anticipated date night, and the dinner experience was a serious disappointment--came back to the sleeping kids with a headache at 9pm cause I effectively didn't eat since the museum this afternoon. Y'all are right to pity my husband.

Basically, we were sat at a potentially dirty table (we couldn't tell because the table light was burned out) which our server did insist on wiping down because she didn't know if it had been cleaned. We got our drink and appetizer, but had to ask for silverware, waited +20 minutes and two requests for a water from the bartender who was the alternate server, got no refills on the one water at our table, and our primary server failed to check in with us for over 40 minutes.

When our server finally did check in, it was because I flagged her down. A couple minutes later, she informed us that our food had been sent to the wrong table and they had to remake it. She told us the manager would be coming by to chat with us about the inconvenience, but by then we had to go relieve our babysitter, so we asked for the check. The manager came by, we explained we needed to leave, he comped the meal and provided a gift card for next time. Within 10 mins of asking for and receiving an update our remade food also came out--again, to the wrong table, and also my husband's order was wrong. The manager dropped off the gift card and we left immediately after.

Being former servers ourselves, we did leave a small tip to try and take the edge off tipping out at the end of the night, but this would be the first time I've ever considered leaving absolutely nothing. The runners might've gotten turned around with the orders, the bar may have been short staffed so the water took forever, but that 40 minutes is WAY too long to go without checking on a table and providing an update on the order itself. Two stars because the manager did try and make it right, and we may have just been with someone who was...
