In effusive admiration, I must express my profound delight with the extraordinary experience at this establishment. The stellar service, orchestrated with finesse by the impeccable Ciara and Adrianna, set the stage for an exceptional dining affair. Ciara's attentiveness to our culinary preferences was matched by her impeccable timing, allowing us to decide without a hint of impatience. Meanwhile, Adrianna's dedication to maintaining a pristine ambiance and seamlessly replenishing our glasses contributed to an environment of unparalleled comfort.

The culinary journey was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. The Angel Sushi Roll, a personal choice, defied my usual inclination for an abundance of spicy mayo, as its inherent flavors proved so exquisite that additional sauce was rendered unnecessary. The Lobster Roll, a perennial favorite for my mother-in-law, consistently captivates with its divine taste. The "Calle Ocho Roll" elicited admiration from my Grandmother-in-law, who marveled at its perfect amalgamation of flavors. My husband's order, the Steak Fried Rice, stands as a pinnacle of culinary mastery, surpassing any other rendition of fried rice we have encountered. While the Sake Steak Noodles were undoubtedly delectable, our preference leaned towards the superior allure of the fried rice.

The sweet denouement to this culinary symphony was the "Fried Cheesecake," a dessert of unparalleled excellence. Its ethereal texture, complemented by the delightful crunch of fried dough and the judicious drizzle of chocolate, rendered it a sublime conclusion to our gastronomic journey.

In earnest endorsement, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to connoisseurs of fine dining. The prospect of celebrating my birthday brunch here, with a heartfelt request for Ciara and Adrianna's expertise once more, is already a tempting consideration. Many thanks to Sushi Sake for not only providing exemplary service but also delivering a culinary experience that transcends...

This was my first time here, although my family members have been there before and had an amazing time previous times. Today was way different, we had reservations for my uncle birthday at 7:30 arrived on time. Ordered food after about 10 minutes (because of us). Food arrived at 9 something, some of the food half of the table didn’t have their food until much later. One of the members in our table canceled his order of rice since he had already finished all his sushi an hour prior, I canceled the only dish I had order which was just rice. By this time it was almost 10. Two tables that came after us ate and left before us. The waitress although I understand you’re overwhelmed you should never let your customers see that. She told us we couldn’t cancel our dish, excuse me, ma’am it’s past 9 pm and we ordered at 7:40. Oh we are cancelling the dish. Not only that I tasted some of my husband rice and almost vomited of how disgusting it was and hard. Apparently the sushi which I did not taste was good as well as the salmon. But rice and Service were devastated. Not only that but to our surprise tip was mandatory included in bill. I left the tip but in reality it was not deserved. After we asked for a dessert to sing Happy Birthday, there went another 30-40 mins of wait until I requested a manager and to my surprise non were on staff, only a team lead. I guess it’s the same. We finally get the brownie and in the process my uncle almost gets burn with the candle as the waitress threw the candle in the table, right in front of him that almost tipped over. At this point I know she was fed up with us but we honestly were very patient from arrival at 7:30 and left at 10:32 ridiculous to not even eat because I myself did not eat. Never again will be coming to this restaurant, apparently, sushi is good, but service is horrible and so was the rice at least that night. Not a pleasant birthday...

I never leave reviews for restaurants but the service here was absolutely horrible.

It was my first time eating here and noticed they had a lunch menu from 11-3 on the first page of the menu. I decided I wanted to have the chicken katsu and A spicy tuna hand roll. I place my order with the waitress and tell her I would like to substitute my white rice for vegetable fried rice. (At the top of the menu it said that you could substitute the white rice for vegetable fried rice) She takes my order and walks away only to return a few moments later to inform me that it would a 7$ up charge for my vegetable fried rice, I then pointed out on the menu that it states I could substitute for vegetable fried rice instead. She informed me she’d ask her manager, after about a 10 minute wait she returned to inform me that the manager said they would take care of me no problem. At this point I felt uncomfortable that the staff do not know what there menu states, but tried to enjoy the rest of my experience hoping things would get better. Unfortunately they didn’t

The food wasn’t bad, I enjoyed it quite well, fried rice was great, as well as my chicken Katsu.

They had quite a few small gnats and flys buzzing around our food which I had to constantly swat away from my food.

I never received my spicy tuna hand roll (Thankfully I was not charged for this) I also did not receive the miso soup that was supposed to come with my order.

The waitress returned with a handheld to pay for my meal, and stood over me the whole time while I entered the tip amount which I left an 18% tip because there was no cheaper option available unless I entered A custom amount. I always tip because No matter the service I’m still being served, but that was nowhere close to an 18% service.

I will not be returning to this establishment and advise you to stay clear if you don’t want poor...

I had such a disappointing and honestly shocking experience at Sushi Sake that I feel compelled to share. I arrived around 8:45 PM and asked the waitress for a recommendation, as I wasn’t sure what to get. She suggested something, and I went with it. A few minutes later, my food arrived, and I started eating. About two rolls in, the same waitress came back, took the plate *off my table* without asking, and told me it wasn’t my dish and that if I continued eating, I would have to pay for it. I was stunned. How could I possibly know it wasn’t my order if she brought it to me herself? Instead of apologizing for the mix-up, she treated me like I had done something wrong. The attitude was incredibly unprofessional and honestly offensive. Then, at 9:30 PM, while I was still eating, someone came to my table and asked if I wanted the check because they were closing. No one else around me was asked that, only my table. It felt rushed, dismissive, and uncomfortable. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy. The floor was sticky and dirty, and when I went to the restroom, there were towels all over the place. It looked like no one had cleaned anything all day. It’s honestly a shame because the place *looks* nice from the outside, but what’s behind the scenes tells a very different story. I asked to speak to a manager, and surprise — there was none available. No one responsible was there to address the situation. All I can say is: if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, rushed out the door, and served in a place that’s clearly not being maintained properly, then maybe this is the spot for you. But if you value basic respect, cleanliness, and proper customer service, I’d highly recommend you dine elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Sushi sake is one of my favorite sushi restaurants. The Pembroke Pines location is my favorite location. The ambiance of the restaurant is top-tier. The restaurant has an updated aesthetic vibes with darker toned neon light to create such a illuminating night experience. They even have a traditional Japanese dining style seating area, where you sit on pillows on the floor and eat at lowered tables. They also have a dining area perfect for a date night with two chairs in secluded corners. When we walked in, we were greeted by friendly hostesses in the front and they took us to our table. Our waitress was friendly and gave us great suggestions. We got the lychee Mojito and the berries from Japan Mojito, which were great; it had the right amount of alcohol paired with sweetness and tropical flavors. We ordered the pork gyozas, crab Rangoons, and shrimp shumai as appetizers. Everything tasted great. We ordered the Miami Heat roll, special fried rice, salmon teriyaki, and chicken teriyaki as our entrées. The Miami Heat role was amazing, especially with the baked seafood on top. The chicken and salmon teriyaki were cooked perfectly and had the perfect amount of teriyaki glaze sauce. Again, sushi sake never disappoint and I cannot wait to come back to the Pembroke Pines location.

Wow can we please just say Wow! They’ve only been opened for a few days so we had to try them. We started with some sake, and then we ordered i of course ordered Chefs Choice which was the Isa Roll, we also ordered the Angel Roll and a Scallop Hibachi… the lunch special was 16 for the miso soup and vegetable fried rice and the scallops. I personally didn’t care or asked how much for the Isa Roll but 25 was priced perfectly for this amazing mountain of deliciousness… the angel roll was priced reasonably well as it came with 10 pieces. We ordered California rolls to go… And after such amazingly delicious food and service we had to get dessert and so at the recommendation of our friendly waitress we ordered the tempura brownie. By now I should have been no more but honestly it was amazing. The tables around us were empty. Because it’s new it was really clean. The waitress was so attentive so kudos to great staff… we had all this food for 90 dollars before the tip… which we tipped 22 % because our waitress spent time making us feel so welcome. Thank you for such a great first time in Pines day for us looking forward to many more visits…
