I had an idea of a design, but Ryan and Mary can take it from a dream to a perfect piece of art. Once we settled on a design, it was sent off to the Jewelers to make my dream come to life. Each step of the way, Ryan and Mary made sure it was magical. They understood the importance having this piece would mean to us as a couple.

Morgan was absolutely awesome to deal with. We texted back-and-forth trying to iron out some details of a possible engagement ring purchase and decided one day to stop in. We didn't have an appointment, but that didn't stop morgan from stopping what she was doing to come help us and show us different rings. After looking at numerous rings, we decided to go with a Simon.G ring we had seen on the website. Morgan convinced my girlfriend to go look at other things in the store so me and her could speak one on one about the details of the ring. She asked if my girlfriend was supposed to know or if it was a surprise. I said I would like to keep it a surprise, so Morgan explained the process to me, got my girlfriend's size from her and then, in a very convincing way told us Well, you just keep us in mind and give me a call when you're ready to make the purchase all while she had sent a down payment link to my phone already to start the process. She was even able to get the ring done in time for my girlfriend's birthday a month later. I would absolutely recommend Morgan to anyone shopping for a ring.

My family and I have used Jones Brothers Jewelers for many years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. The most recent experience I have had with this jewelry store was pleasant from start to finish. Prior to coming into Jones Brother's I called twice and asked questions about getting a diamond reset in one of my rings. They thoroughly answered my questions and were very pleasant. Upon bringing the ring in, they showed it to their jeweler on site who has over thirty years of experience to ensure the ring could be fixed and give me a price estimate, which was extremely reasonable especially since my ring was not from their store. They worked with me on getting the ring fixed quickly since I was traveling and even got the ring fixed ahead of schedule. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to fix the ring. I cannot convey how excellent their customer service is or convey how excellent their quality of work is.
