Came in to get my SIM card checked out because my phone kept reading the message âinvalid sim.â Assumed my SIM card needed to be replaced which is usually a fairly easy procedure from what I searched up on google. Around 10 dollars for a new SIM card and I shouldâve been on my way. When I entered the store and asked the employee about it he told me that the entire SIM card reader was severely damaged and that the phone needed to be replaced. I insisted that he try another SIM card just to make sure but he told me it would be âa waste of all of our time.â When I went home I decided to take my brothers SIM card and put it into my âseverely damagedâ SIM card reader on my phone. Turns out it worked completely fine. When I called the employee who worked at the store and told him that the SIM card reader was completely fine and he was wrong, he told me that the reader was still very damaged and Iâd be lucky to get one more week out of a new sim in a very snobby tone as if he knew everything and I knew nothing. Iâve had my new SIM card for 7 months now and my phone is working better than ever....

I went in not really knowing what I wanted because my phone I had was the absolute best...the only reason I was looking for a new phone was because my moterola moto z 4 would not keep a charge any longer and as a mother, wife, daughter, and full time worker I needed a reliable phone. My only demand for my new phone was that it took an amazing pictures... Patrick kindly helped me pick the Google Pixel Pro 6 out and told me all about the features and Dan helped make the sale and me to purchase my accessories....thank you to everyone who helped me...I LOVE...
   Read moreI had to wait awhile to calm down and finish finals so I could finally write this. Until visiting this store I have never walked out of a store with sheer anger before. I tend to be level headed but I walked in there thinking about changing providers only to be belittled and pretty much told that I was stupid and dont know anything as they proceeded to tell how horrible a phone I have. I have never felt so disrespected by a company that should be about customer service. But thank you so much for making my decision of not taking my business to you...
