Here are some facts about this location. The employees are ok but the problem is with the owner: One time I asked hime for extra spoon and he asked if its ok to give me the one he used for the peanut butter - not good at all for a business owner to save money this way. I believe i saw a comment here seeing the owner picking spoons from trash. I can believe that now.

Cold stone is about experience. I am used any where i go, if the cup is over filled, they will give a bigger one or even give the extra in a separate one. Well, the owner started to teach his employees how to make the amount fit exactly in the cup which his right to do that. But Sometimes i will get less amount ice cream than the provided cup just because they are doing cost saving which is totally unfair to the customer. most recently they started not giving out the extra ice cream to the customers in a separate cup but rather taking them to the back - very very cheap behavior, not fair tot he customers and totally not a cold stone experience.

Which is not big deal, but it shows that the owner is really trying to cut cost. They started to use black plastic bags instead the paper ones with the cold stone logo. It feels like tarnishing the cold stone brand just to save few dollars.

With all due respect to the reviewers here, yes you might have got great experience but also i have seen the worst in this location as a returning customer. And never to mention that this location had some flaws when inspections by the city were conducted few months ago as reported on the PJStar. Cold Stone Steve Austin approves.

If you aren’t a 1990’s wrestling fan, you might not get the reference above. But if you are, I am sad to say that Stone Cold Steve Austin and this place have nothing in common. That said, you can wrestle the inner guilt as you treat yourself to some delicious ice cream.

Erin, Matt and I wandered in at the tail end of our travels. We needed something sweet to wrap up a day of traveling. As we walked in, our eyes lit up at the amount of delicious ice creams they had. We approached the counter and ended up sampling a few things before we settled on what sounded good.

Our scoops of ice cream were served in little bowls with little plastic spoons. Skipping the cone let us sit down and eat the ice cream at a casual pace instead of fighting the melt. As we sat there, we all remarked at the same time on how good the ice cream was. The flavors ordered are long forgotten but the memory of the visit and the smiles on our faces are forever etched in my mind.

The ice cream was really good, I will say that. Not homemade good but close. It was especially delicious after a long day of traveling and exploring. If you haven’t explored and/or traveled much, it will unexpectedly wear you out.

Haven't been to cold stone much lately due to the price increases. I talked the husband into it last night because I had a 3.00 off coupon. We went to order, the girl that was working didn't talk, she was rude. We asked her what was in a signature creation & she mumbled something neither one of us could understand. She just stood there looking at us and never asked to take our order. I finally said, "Are you ready for the order &" and she kind of nodded. We ordered a like it & a love it, no extras it was 14.43 before the coupon. I go down to the rewards, enter my phone for the coupon, it prints out & she takes it. Again, she didn't say anything during this process & was rude. I stated I was using a coupon. I asked her if she got the coupon, and she nodded, I gave her a gift card, which had a few bucks on it. She said nothing was on it & kept it (there was a small chance I was wrong & it was empty). I give her my credit card to pay. She didn't give me a receipt until I asked. She never used the coupon, which was the entire reason for our trip. Management at this location is not doing their job. The employees are rude. I'm very dissatisfied with this visit.
