I am actually giving this location zero stars. This location has caused my fiancé and I so much stress and frustration. When my fiancé purchased my engagement ring back in January, 2025, he was told the resizing would be free. However, when we went in this week on Monday to get it resized, they told us they were going to have to charge us because I need to go down a size and a half. Apparently the policy has changed from the time my fiancé purchased the ring so they have to charge for the resizing now. It is so ridiculous that my fiancé was told that the resizing will be free, he honestly got scammed into buying a ring with that line. They told us in Daniel’s that the price for the resizing will be $180 by the associate Lydia who was helping us, she saw how frustrated we were and told us she could see if she can bring the size down to $160. We were told they were going to speak to the jeweler and call us when a final quote was ready, but my fiancé explained his frustration about how he was told something would be free and now it’s not. A different employee , who I was later told is the manager, told us that if we would’ve gotten the warranty (which is so much more expensive than the resizing itself) then it would’ve been free, she then told us to take it somewhere else after my fiancé explained his frustration. It is now Thursday and I called around 1:20 and the jeweler didn’t have a quote ready, so an employee told me to wait an hour and they will call back with a quote. When they finally call me back, they say that the price for the resize will now be $220! After an even higher level of frustration and anger I felt, I decided to not get it resized and I asked for my ring back, however they said I will not be able to pick it up until Saturday, and now I have to wait even longer to get my ring back with no resizing. They then tell me they apologize for the inconvenience and that they are willing to drop the price to $50, and they were trying to pressure me into accepting the offer saying I won’t find a cheaper price somewhere else, but like I have said, it should’ve been free from the beginning. After dealing with so many inconveniences and frustrating situations, we have decided to no longer do business with Daniels any longer, especially after we were told to take it elsewhere by the store manager. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation that I haven’t been able to enjoy the beginning of my engagement. I am left with anger, stress, sadness and no ring...
