I just want to say thank you to the Perris Post Office. All my stolen "weeks" of mail was returned (right??). Just remember, when waiting for a package, the PM will report that your mail was stolen...ALWAYS remember that...repeat...

All my mail and "package" went missing "again". Called the post office and I was told by Ed that my mail was there due to the mailboxes being vandalized (no evidence). Funny to say that my package was delivered on a Friday and my mailbox was vandalized the next day. Anyways, I went to the post office and no mail or package was found. I mentioned that Ed had said I had my mail moved to their branch this morning. The lady went back and spoke to Ed and by magic the package appeared, but not my mail. Sad to say, the people that were in line mentioned that they've had packages stolen their postmasters in the past.
It is sad when you can't trust your Post Office employees (not all). I went in to pick up my mail and a package. I was told the package was not there. I told the person I was notified that it was here. He repeated and laughed "not here". He asked if I had a tracking number, I said yes. He asked me to write it down, then suddenly he said wait, a moment passed, he said it's right here. The other customers just shook theirs heads.
UPDATE: (ANOTHER PACKAGE) PER THE POSTMASTER MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON A MONDAY PER THE TRACKING INFO. I CHECKED MY MAIL BOX ON WEDNESDAY...WELL I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE TO CHECK WITH THEM AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT ...HMMMM . I CALLED 1-800-275-8777 TO FILE A COMPLAINT. WENT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE AND LONG STORY SHORT TOLD THE AGENT I WANTED TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE. THE AGENT GAVE ME A PHOTO COPY (THEIR PROOF) OF MY PACKAGE THAT WAS (YEAH RIGHT) DELIVERED ON MONDAY. THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT IF MY PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVE TODAY TO COMEBACK TOMORROW. I LOOKED AT HIM AND SAID, BUT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON MONDAY....WELL WELL WELL MY PACKAGE WAS ON MY FRONT DOOR....THE PERRIS POST OFFICE CANNOT BE TRUSTED...PERIOD
5/3/2024 I am so over Perris Post Office. They are so easy to blame others for stolen mail. This is the third time a package is stolen/missing per the PPO. When I complain, the package suddenly appears at my door step (funny). A package was delivered and tracked as delivered on May 3 in my mailbox and guess what...NO FUCKING PACKAGE. I will be to the PPO on Monday, hopefully my package is waiting in the mailbox or front door!!!! Opening a POB at UPS 100...
Read moreI used to think this was the best post office. It was never crowded and you could get in and out of there easily. In the last three years, since I started my business, I have never had a package be lost or not arrived to its destination. This particular time I came in with merchandise unboxed and prepared the packages there in the office in front of the Clerks and customers. This particular package has not left the post office since December 9 of 2024, when I left it there. The tracking says in possession at that location, and was never scanned out to go to another location. They have given me the runaround and flat out lie to my face. When I spoke to someone on the 17th which is eight days after I Left it with them and six days after it was supposed to arrive to his destination, I was told that it’s not guaranteed to make it there in the timeframe it says. That is the last thing you wanna hear, especially when for the last 3 1/2 years, everything made it to where it was supposed to within a timeframe it was anticipated to arrive. From management to whomever answers the phone, Edgar, Eddie and Alexis…. No one can help. I’m so disappointed because there was only $100 insurance on the package and they will not refund me what I paid to have it shipped, although I left it in their possession, and it was not shipped anywhere and the person who was supposed to receive it did not receive anything. As a business owner, I can’t afford this type of loss. I had to re-ship the same exact items and pay the fees over again to please my customer because of the post office. You can’t even file a claim until after 30 days or do a service request for over 10 days so they can look Into whatever issue it is. The amount of money I lost in this one shipment could pay the difference in what I save coming to USPS and going to the UPS store For a year. Thanks a lot for letting me your consumer down. Your employees are stealing. How else would a package be in your possession but never leave your office and you can’t find it? So you pay for a service you trust them to ship your things to where they should arrive to. If that service does not happen, they do not pay you back for shipping and will only give you $100 of insurance if you have priority shipping…. So it’s literally a coin toss with your money at the United States...
Read moreI had a similar experience to the other complaints. My package shows delivered key was in the box but no package in the box. Called to ask if they had it at the facility to which they responded they would have to investigate what happened and would have to call me back they didn't want to let me speak and just hung up. Called back again and they explained the box eas vandalized I said it didnt look vandalized and we were not notified of it being vandalized like we usually are to which I was told let me do my investigation mam and hung up on. Called back to complain about the service I was receiving from the man who answered the women I spoke to explained that we were not notified of the vanadlization because the mail carrier who she noted was new had fixed the box themselves.. I voiced my opinion that it may not be the best protocol to allow the carriers to fix the boxes as there are dishonest people everywhere and that would give them the power to say it was vandalized and they fixed it without any further question. I was told they would mail the package sender something stating the package was stollen so they would hopfully be able to remake the commissioned art piece for me unfortunately they said they can not send that to the original sender and can only send it to me. So I would then have to go back to the post office and pay to send it back to her. Which is inconvenient in itself but I don't have a car at the moment so its especially inconvenient. They also cannot email the sender for some reason which i dont understand but this may be the difference of me getting the contents of the package remade and resent to me so obviously im very disappointed in the service ive...
