Looking through Google reviews, this place doesn't rate very well at all.

I was a bit apprehensive about booking this garage due to all the issues people had with the actual structure and its customer service.

Before I actually made my visit here I did try contacting customer service asking them to help me change my license plate number that I originally booked with as I bought a new vehicle after the reservation. They wouldn't help me at all other than to day it wasn't necessary. However, after all the issues customers reported with their vehicle not being properly identified I asked customer service to make the change anyway. It would have given me peace of mind due to the complaints. They refused. That deducts a rating for bad customer service.

In any event, fortunately, we had no issues at the garage. We booked online and simply showed our QR scan when we drove up and drove out. The garage seemed in decent shape though the elevator ride was a bit scary as it didn't make a very good sound as it moved from floor to floor.

I would hesitantly recommend this garage. It will do the job but don't expect customer service to help you with any...

The Haitian Guy that worked on Saturday morning 2/22/20 is extremely rude. He was driving a white SUV in the lot at a high speed. When I got out of my car and remote locked my car, the horn beeped causing him to swerve and nearly hit another parked car. He then got out of his car and began yelling and saying that there was construction upstairs and that cars need it to drive-through here. I said what does that have to do with me? He asked if I could park all the way back against the wall. I showed him how I'm parked in between the lines of the parking space on all 4 sides of the vehicle. He continued arguing and yelling. Then he hopped in his car and speed off. I was in no way blocking any sort of traffic flow or additional parking etc. That's the kind of attendants and customer service that this parking lot has. I never had a problem with this garage until today. Booked on Spot Hero. Their own sign even says PRE-PAID and Monthly Customers only. Not only I was turned away, I was insulted and dismissed by the rude attendant/manager on site.

They overbooked the garage, renting the top floor out to some valet company. On top of that, the attendant/manager ignored me in favor of a monthly customer. The highest bidder apparently is cared for more than those who don't pay as much.

I WILL NEVER book this garage again. I recommend that you DON'T book this garage. I would say don't park here, but apparently, they never have spots for spur...
