Very stuck up and rude, nothing is on clearance, and all the staff seemed like they could careless about there customers.i tried to get my yoga teachers discount and the girl literally rolled her eyes and told me most teachers already know it's on pause with condescending attitude towards me as a customer.then she had the nerve to tell me to go try target right down the road.right then and there I knew she was judging me like i am some welfare case, trying to pay with foodstamps, because I asked for my teachers discount like any reasonable buisness owner would.i expected much more respect being a teacher, that is not only buying ,but advertising there over priced bad attitude yoga guru brand.i was dressed down today because it was raining and came from and gym so she must of assumed a negative outlook on me based off my off day.i own 3 yoga studios and have over 800 students and a large following on my platforms,so thank you for making me realize you are not the brand I want to follow or represent...I would have given one star, but everyone was at least respectful towards my...
Read moreVery lowbrow staff here. My husband and I visited this location on 5/29/25 at around 11:30 am and weren’t greeted upon entering the store although, there was a SA directly in front of the door having a side conversation with the security (?). The job description ONLY entails folding clothes, greeting customers, and a few presses of a button on the register. A trained dog has more etiquette than this staff. Luckily I’m a stickler for things like this and I’ll take my time to find the appropriate authority to email about their subordinates. Alo should take these reviews into consideration since my own isn’t the first of its kind. Sticking to the KOP location, hopefully they do an entire staff overhaul for the Walnut St. location, not that complicated of a job to find replacements. I can’t speak to the racism in the reviews because both workers were of Black...
Read moreHave been a pro member since 2018 and have used my discount in several Alo locations including this Philly location since they’ve opened. Was just told today you can’t use it in store. This also wasn’t the first time I’ve been met with resistance at this location when using my discount. 2018 Alo was simpler times. Clothes were made better and yes the online only ordering stunk unless you lived in CA, but I suppose when your brand is now at the likes of celebrities like the Jenner’s it’s bound to go downhill...
