Pretty disappointed in these condos. While the outside of the building does look beautiful, the inside leaves a lot to be desired especially at this price point. The finishes seem very cheap/builder grade. From the mini washer and dryers in the units (even the penthouse doesn’t have a full size one), to the ikea kitchen cabinets, cheap pedestal sink in the half baths, to rooms without doors, to fake wood finishes around electric fireplaces (which I believe is somehow considered an upgrade)- it feels very budget. I’m not sure having your bedroom look out to the double tree is really a 3 million dollar view. The amenities are pretty disappointing as well. The gym has so few machines and is in what feels like a hallway- I can’t imagine more than one person being able to work out at a time. This place isn’t built yet, but the construction of the building has been a nightmare for the neighbors. Working outside of permitted hours, including starting at 6:00am and working until 11pm, working every weekend, and screaming crew make for the neighbors never being able to rest or enjoy the outside. It’s clear that the developers and building owners only care about money as we have been in contact about multiple violations and they offer no fixes,...

The location, views, and amenities are great. Check out the outdoor dog areas, common area terrace and greenhouse on the 6th floor, indoor lap pool, saunas, etc. Units all get at least one corner of the building for a two-direction views.
