I just came to express my gratitude Jarrett and Jasmine ! To express him in short he is a man of integrity! He is one of the most outstanding professional I have never seen since I started renting! I talked to him through the phone and he was accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, outstanding guy! What ever he say he would do will be done on time! We joked that he or his family was from Petersburg! And I went in to see the apartment with jasmine! She is sweet, answers all our questions and we made a decision to move in 2 days! There was sweet note and beautiful mug sitting when we went on moving day! Moving was so easy! you can book a lift to certain time! I was truly pleased with the leasing and moving process! The house is build well! Door app system is amazing! Our apartment Kitchen is amazing! Spacious! We don’t have enough light coming in since we are facing building but I don’t think that’s the apartment problem! Few things I noticed I didn’t like is how package were handled! Packages are usually on the floor and i saw Amazon dropping on the door and leaving! And those orders might go missing! I just hope they put shelves instead of this complicated small box! Second thing is I didn’t like how they say 50 dollar for aminity, 20 for trash and incase you need key fob 50 dollar if you have bicycle it’s 15 dollar! It feels like they are asking money for everything I wish they say 100 dollar for aminity and WiFi and say this includes one key fob and trash fee in there! It is better marketing strategy to say 100 aminity fee but trash, one key fob, coffee, bike parking, amazing gym and common area included! when they just say this fee, and this fee lol it makes me feel like they are finding a way to milk extra money! just say aminity fix a price and include everything in it! Another thing is how unaffordable 2 bedrooms are! If they literally reconsidered there price for 2 bedroom! now we got 2 month off on move in but if we want to continue and upgrade to 2 bedroom will we get negotiations! I will update after 2 years! I literally can bring 2 of my friends that are impressed with the apartment and that can rent it out for 2 years! I truly wish apartment see tenant with few maintenance request that pay rent on time with good credit and that take good care of the house and make an effort to keep them that’s the main problem I saw with this new apartment! They want new tenant but will not renegotiate after lease end bcz the policy is rigid and doesn’t treat tenant as asset! Anyways I will update if I see changes! I visited this property over the weekend with the intention of signing a lease for a two-bedroom unit, as I’m relocating to Philadelphia. What I experienced instead was a complete waste of time and energy. It was over 90 degrees outside, and I stood in the blazing sun for 25 minutes trying to get into the building. Both doors were locked, no signage, no instructions—just silence. I rang the bell repeatedly, but no one ever answered. At one point, I genuinely felt like I was going to faint from the heat.

It left me wondering: what exactly is the point of having staff on-site if they’re not going to assist prospective tenants? Their presence seems entirely performative—no help, no guidance, no professionalism. Hours later, after I’d sent multiple emails, someone finally called me back. Not to apologize or offer a solution, but to speak to me with an attitude that was downright nasty.

That call sealed it for me. I had been genuinely excited about this property—the units looked great online—but the way I was treated made it impossible to consider living there. I ended up signing a lease just one block away, with a team that actually respects people’s time.

If management wants to salvage this place’s reputation, they should seriously reconsider who they’ve hired and implement a self-tour system. Because dealing with rude, unresponsive staff in sweltering heat is not just...
