La Gustosa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

It’s a cold rainy night and wanted some shrimp Alfredo which hubby don’t eat so I went to door dash. I got the shrimp and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. It came with a salad which I got Caesars and Omg it was all soooo good! I loved the dressing on the salad and the lettuce was nice and crisp. I think the crotons were homemade as well. Now my delivery was quite a little drive and my pasta was steaming hot!!! They had it in a metal container then a styrofoam one over that one! Not gonna lie when I opened the container and seen the size of the shrimp I was a little disappointed. When I tell you looks are deceiving!!!! They were cooked perfectly and there was quite a bit of them too! I actually enjoyed them better then the big ones you got shrimp in every bite !!! No shell no mess ! The portions were great and the price was very competitive! The sauce and pasta was perfect I will definitely be back! I stuffed myself and now I think I need a nap! Great job !! Amazing food!...

So, I am pretty sure the orders were mixed up with someone else.. however!!! The pork dumplings are savory. The Banana Desert (on the house) is sweet and thick. The crispy shrimp wraps are true to their word; they are crispy without being greasy. Last but not least, the Drunken noodle is very delicious. It is a bit spicy and full of flavor with a hint of smokiness ; not to mention it is smothered in vegetables. 5/5 stars and will recommend for anyone visiting Philadelphia. Thankyou for the free desert and always stay on top of your game. This food is delicious and if I ever do visit again, surely I will put an order in to...

If I could rate this this any lower I would. I ordered through GrubHub, pasta and a salad. Pasta tastes like seafood boil sauce, the salad was not fresh and they gave me a ranch instead of the caesar salad that I ordered. I had also asked for an extra dressing but was not informed that it was almost $2 extra for the smallest size dressing I have ever received. And to make matters worse, I did not even receive the extra dressing that they charged me for! Then when I called they pretended to not hear me, so I will be calling my bank...
