The staff was horrible. I was extremely disappointed. It was my first time going there, and I didn’t know you had to sign up completely online. They directed me to sign up and I asked to use Apple Pay because I didn’t bring my whole pocketbook to the gym. They said we have Apple Pay we just can’t charge you the sign up fee that’s online. Honestly that was fine because I just ended up calling my bank and getting the information, but the part that was bad the girl helping me keep directing me to leave! I keep asking questions and she was like kept saying “ you know you could do this at home” “if you did this at home maybe it would be easier”and she said it at least 4 times when it was very obvious I was gonna get my account taken care of first. I kept saying no I’m not I already came up here. Like why are you insisting I leave because you don’t want to answer my questions???? And they have a whole area for first time sign up in the planet fitness so why are you telling me to leave!!! I get my account set up then I workout but when I leave I wanted info on the services I get with the black card. Again my first time so of course ima go up to the front desk people who are supposed to be friendly but are not and asked. I asked a different girl what services I have with the black card. she was behind the front desk leaning against the wall not doing anything, so I thought it was safe to ask her and it wasn’t! She was get telling me tanning, massage chair, and wellness pod but the girl was whispering it so I keep saying huh. She literally did not move from the wall she was leaning against to come closer and I very obviously couldn’t hear her!!!!! I asked several times to repeat and then finally I said I can’t hear you can you walk closer to the front desk. She rolled her eyes slowly walked the 4 feet to me repeat what she said then I finally heard her. I proceed to ask what is a wellness pod she gave me another face like I’m supposed to know what it is and was like just pointing at the door and was like you go in the and mediate and I like huh. I just ended up leaving everybody in there was sooooo rude. And I SOON as I left and turn the corner the whole entirety of the front desk girls erupted in laughter at me.    Read moreI love this gym so much, but as other reviewers have said, there’s no hot water in the showers. This is so important for me because I go back to work right after my workouts so I NEED to shower here! As a black card member, I don’t feel that I’m getting my money’s worth, and a warm shower is not a lot to ask of a gym! And to address the responses PF has given to those reviewers, people have asked staff about it. I asked a week ago if there was anything they could do. The staff member was so friendly about it, said they had received many complaints and would check with their manager again. It’s been a week since then and nothing has changed!! I know for a fact Retro Fitness across the street has hot water so if this doesn’t get resolved I’ll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.    Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for a few months now, I really like this PF and the staff are helpful as well as friendly. I signed up to this particular location after experiencing with another PF that I was having issues with no staff being at the gym during hours of operation, and the reason I picked this location was because I saw that it was a 24 hours 4 days a week. Me personally work out during after hours due to my job so I rely on having access to a gym to stay consistent with my routine, well I recently found out that they adjusted there opening hours for Mondays from 24hrs to 5am due to shortage of staff. It didn’t surprise me because I kind of saw that coming seriously, it’s just very frustrating because now I’m gonna have to readjust my workout for Mondays due to this change.
