entire visit was a 10/10. myself and a friend visited their new philly shop after coveting catbird jewelry for years. the entire team was extremely welcoming and fun right off the bat, but Emma was our hype girl. she made us feel extremely comfortable, trying on whatever we wanted, which was almost every ring in the store. We had a great time and both made multiple purchases, but certainly didn’t feel pressured. I now have a dream stack that we imagined together, and we’ll be back. I've loved this company for years and spent thousands $ there, but I'm done. All I wanted was for customer service to give me a yes or no answer to a question about removing forever bracelets for medical necessity. What I received first was a non-answer that didn't acknowledge my reasons for emailing them, followed by a second email telling me that their re-welding fee (which has increased from $10 to $20) was some sort of deal. Beautiful little shop. All three staff members were so lovely and helpful (I'm forgetting names, so sorry!) Immediately felt welcome. I will be a frequent customer!

Update: Was back today to put together a charm necklace for myself. Once again, the staff were all excellent. Queen Emma (stole that from Kylie Kelce, sorry!) is like your diamond-hype-girl-bff. 10/10...
