We waited about 10 minutes before we even got to the menu to order (I would have left but someone was behind me). I was greeted by a friendly guy who apologized for the wait. I started placing my order and after everything I asked for his said "is that all?" 2 items I was looking at on the menu board I was told they don't have, and then told they do have it. Waited another 10-15 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I paid, and realized that my bill was really low for what I had ordered. I looked at my receipt, which was really hard to see (lack of ink, bad printer, who knows), and noticed that the only charged me for 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers I had asked for, and didn't ring up the side salad (I guess because they didn't have it, no wait, they did). I brought it to the 1 girls attention and she wasn't understanding what I was saying. With patience and kindness I finally got across that I'd like to pay for the items that I had already ordered that I wasn't charged for. Mind you I hadn't been handed any food at this point.
She comes back to the window and asks me if the 2 items are all I'm waiting for and I informed her that I hadn't received any of my order yet.
One of the guys that was just standing there asked me if there was anyone behind me (there was a line behind me, with a truck waiting at the menu to order) the worker looked shocked and touched his headphones and apologized to the person for the wait.
I finally received my order, which I looked in the bags to see we had everything. So I pull away
We only got a 4 piece nuggets when I paid for and asked for a 10 piece. And my BLT Jr was only a chicken Jr, or maybe they just forgot the bacon? I'm really not sure.
All I know is we spent about 45 minutes in the drive thru of Burger King for mediocre food, at best. Everything was cold, they gave me a tomato stem on my chicken sandwich, which tasted like freezer burn or burnt plastic.
Waste of time, waste of money.
Please, for the sake of everyone who gets trapped in this drive thru, train your staff!! Do something. This building is beautiful and the food could be halfway decent if someone actually...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Burger King since I was 8 years old and the service has gone down the drain. First of all whoever is the overnight manager is rude and disrespectful when I’m simply trying to order some food. I simply ask for an order of onion rings and get a passive aggressive response of “what size” like he could not be bothered to do the job he applied for. I understand stand bad days happen but this is the second occurrence in the last 3 weeks.
I ordered a whopper junior and the whopper was in the incorrect bun. Normally this is not a issue but the fact that there was no communication that they simply ran out of seeded burger buns was not communicated and makes the consumer feel like he prepared the meal incorrectly on purpose or he was incompetent enough to make a burger correctly.
Ordering is the worse, apparently at this Burger King you’re mandated to order the meal first then the nuggets or fries after . If not it’s a total inconvenience to him and you can tell by the piss off voice he has over the mic. Maybe I wanted to order for my kids first then myself, but that’s an issue with them and they make you feel like you are an annoyance and not welcomed.
Lastly the soda which I ordered a medium Coke just tasted like club soda with a splash of Coke. I love Burger King and get quality service anywhere else. Please do not go here until change is made and the quality of service and food is brought up to standards like other burger kings around the area. I do not want stale cold nuggets or club soda with a hint of Coke syrup. I do not want to feel like a nuisance when ordering at the drive through. I want to feel like a respected customer who treat one another like normal individuals. I understand stand the night shift might not be the best but it’s what you signed up for and you have to fulfill the obligation your job...
Read moreOne month ago my husband and I went through the drive thru, waited 25 minutes, got to enclosed driveway, decided to go inside because it was taking long. As soon as we went in, one of the young men was nice and told us right of the bat that the grill was broken and that they didn't have any burgers. Today, September 12, 2022, I waited in the line for 20 minutes, then quickly gotbto the order board, gave my order and had to repeat my order 3 times then got to the window, the young lady again asked about what I ordered, kept closing the window after every phrase I said and still could not get the order properly, finally she gave me 2 bags, one with sandwiches, I checked, it was all there, the other bag with fries and it was missing a fry. Someone else brought that. Then she comes back and hands me a medium drink, and 2 more sodas sitting on the counter, I had to ask her for a cup holder. I had ordered 1 coke and 2 Dr. Pepper. I asked her which was the coke. She said, "I don't know , smell it". I lost it at that point. I told her that wasn't acceptable. Took it back in, slapped some label on 2 of the cups. Took me triple time at the window and will never go to this location. It's been bad service eversince the rebuild of the store after the fire, a few years ago. Unfortunate. I hope the franchise owner will take zero tolerance and teach these employees how to be a h as Rd worker and give excellent customer service. Thank you for this platform. I only write reviews if the service is very poor or the service...
