I am a cigar novice that asks a million questions. They've been awesome with answering the questions that I have. They also have a great selection of cigars. Their prices aren't super competitive with some of the deals you can find online, but I don't mind spending a little bit extra to support a local brick & mortar store. They had a humidifier blowing direct over a display of cigars. Some of the cigars had mold. Who ever the owner is has no experience with caring for the product.
