The bad reviews are fake news. Primo's has the best hoagies on the planet. At age 14, I worked at a high-end hoagie shop. Primo's uses the finest quality deli meats, cheeses, and other ingredients. The staff at this location has to deal with miserly, rude, loud customers. If you are nasty to them, they will give it back to you. I am polite to them so they are always courteous to me. As for the rolls being stale, everyone's rolls are hard several hours after they were baked. What else would you expect? Regarding Primo's "high" prices, you get what you pay for. Then again, hoagies from Wawa and Subway cost nearly the same as Primo's yet are not even worth one tenth the price.

I ordered a primo turkey and American cheese hoagie. I didn’t have to wait long. The sandwich was freshly made and the bread was cooked perfectly! It’s very clean in there and has a friendly staff. This was my first time trying a sandwich from this location, and I definitely would recommend it! if you’re looking for a place with great hoagies, and great customer service, I highly recommend this Primo Hoagies location!

Just bought a sandwich from here . Sandwich was horrible . Bread was stale ..so stale and hard as a brick .. onions was so thin look like it’s been sitting in water or onions looked like lettuce . . sandwich was 16 dollars .. was not good .. the mgr gave me my money back , but wanted to insist that the sandwich was fresh IT WAS NOT.

Regarding location at 2417 Welsh Rd in Philadelphia. In all honesty, the sandwiches are delicious. However, be careful if you have food allergies. I mentioned that I have an allergy to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on my sandwich. I bought two oatmeal raisin cookies and when I went to eat them they were chocolate chip cookies. The rice pudding is good though the last several times I bought it it was more like rice pudding soup, not the consistency of rice pudding at all. As this location is close to my parents' home I thought I'd reach out to the manager, whose name was Jim. I told him that I loved the sandwiches though I was considered about allergy issues. His response, "Yeah, the cookies were mislabeled." I told him luckily I don't have an allergy to chocolate though if I did it would be a problem and that I was letting this location know so they could correct it for other customers. He quickly told me that they make the cookies there and bag them themselves. Quality control is obviously not a concern at this location. Sad, because I'll find somewhere else to go where someone cares about their customers issues and concerns. This place, not so much! He quickly said, oh well, I've got to go and as I started to speak he hung up on...

Over Priced sandwich $ 14.65 Little portions for$14.65 dollars with nothing as chips or a drink. Stale bread 🍞 hard as a rock. No where to sit down as most Primos This location is a complete dump & outdated. Want be eating at another Primos Hoagies ever again at his location or any other location. This place is overpriced for what little you getand has no tables to eat at but one would not expect much in this run down poverty area.

Your Grand Opening was scam sent 2 customers to you at 11 am you never gave away no 100 free sandwiches your grand opening they said it was nothing but a scam on your part. You don't have that much business as is when you took over new owner.

Pure Deception on a past business with few customers lol

Doors be closed in 6 months lol like previous owner sold the area ran down.

Your business will be a complete failure on your deception and the area is nothing but poor and proverty Poor white trash & drug addicts and homeless everywhere.

Thats why inside Primos Hoagies looks like it does poor white trash not a single table. Poor trash at its best.

When is the going out of business day coming I want to celebrate 🍾 The closing of your over Priced sandwich with little on it.

Stay...

I have been a customer here since they opened many years back. Sometimes I would stop going for a while simply because I I found the owner to be unfriendly but always ended up going back because I liked their food. Today, my husband and I stopped by to pick up a couple of sandwiches. When we got home, the order was wrong. My husband called to complain and the owner didn't even apologize or offer to make the order right. It was then that I realized l how little he thinks of the people in this neighborhood and for that reason he does not feel that he owes an apology for poor service. I heard him on the phone a while back yelling at another customer that called to complian. I should have realized it then but it took my personal experience today to open my eyes. He thinks that this neighborhood is lucky to have that place here. I have never been disrespected at Primo Hoagies in Voorhees NJ, Langhorne PA, or any other location, like this guy disrespects his northeast Philadelphia customers. The Northeast deserves better. Go to Datillo's deli or Marnucci's deli for more authentic food, larger portions, and...
