
You need to do a better job at handling a rush, on Friday February 23rd, rather then taking care of the angry customers littered throughout your restaurant you focused on sitting more people when your staff was already deep in the weeds… My mother and I sat waiting for 25 minutes for our drinks or really any kind of acknowledgment from the staff, and sitting there learned people had been waiting for their food for an hour plus….
If you are short staffed, make people wait so you can catch up and provide good service… it is not the customers fault.

Absolutely amazing selection of Japanese snacks, drinks, beauty, hair, and house stuff right in the heart of Philly's Chinatown!
