Philadelphia Bus Station — Local services in Philadelphia

I don't recommend this bus company they canceled my ride and said due to the weather and the weather was fine and I couldn't get to NYC and when I asked for a refund for my return as well since frethoynd and flexbus canceled me going they said I can't get a refund because they didn't cancel my return ! How can I return if you canceled me going and I had to cancel my return and they charged me a $8 cancelation fee so I lost money cause they canceled partial of my trip unreal I will never recommend this service to travel this is the second time this happened to me...

My partner and I decided to take the bus from New York to Philladelphia (round trip) and we have to say that the price is affordable in comparison with flights and trains, but they do not have a "Bus Station" in Philladelphia is more likely to a "Bus Stop" , Greyhound and Peter Pan implemented a Ticket office to purchase tickets and waiting area, but NO bathrooms nor drinks/snacks (for purchase). Be aware and come ready if you come on...

I use Greyhound as a last resort. Usually you will get approached by someone asking for money or to help them get home. The bathroom could use some upgraded sinks, toilets and hand dryers. Customer service is just non-existent. They are usually rude and completely oblivious to what's going on. Keep an eye on your luggage and don't leave it...
