Good selection of food varieties — small in scale and in sidewalk length occupied, so they do not have multiple stands of every type of food. But I can find everything I need for a few days of fresh fruits, vegetables plus some baked goods and fresh herbs, too.

NB: that sidewalk is pretty narrow so I would not advise going with your leashed dog and your stroller unless you check it out first, and unless you make a point of ONLY going during the slackest hours to avoid customer congestion.
