I rarely write reviews but I am compelled me to share about my negative experience. I brought a long evening dress in to be fitted and we decided on several alterations. The total was $165 which I thought was extremely pricey but decided to move forward due to the high ratings. She also asked if I wanted to press the dress for an extra cost to take out a few wrinkles and I agreed.

Much to my dismay, the altered and pressed dress had a noticeable wrinkle pattern all over. She said the material of the dress caused this horrible wrinkling and that there was nothing to be done. More pressing would produce the same result. I remember vividly the dress being smooth when I brought it in and now the material is warping in a strange wrinkle pattern. I have included a picture of the dress from the website I bought it from for reference.

It would have been wise for the tailor to have checked the material before recommending me to buy the pressing add on, which ultimately ruined the dress. What’s most upsetting was that I had to pay $165 for an wrinkled dress that looks bad.

I will not be coming back for any alterations or cleaning and I would definitely not recommend...
