This Macy's store location has the WORST customer service (ghetto and rude workers) I have ever experienced in my life. I was in the store on Sunday afternoon with my husband who was looking for a dress shirt for an event we had to attend that night. He found a shirt he liked, but was not too sure about sizing. He grabbed a size small, and asked one of the sales representatives that was nearby if the store had shirt samples that men could try on for sizing, or if he should go ahead and open the plastic packing paper on the shirt and just try on the one he grabbed. The gentleman said he should just open the shirt he grabbed and try it on, and that is exactly what my husband did. He tried the shirt on, and realized he needed to buy a size medium. When he walked out of the fitting room he grabbed a medium sized shirt, and brought the small shirt with him to the counter where he was paying. There was a lady at a table next to the register who was folding men's shirts to put on the on display counters, and my husband asked her nicely if she was responsible for folding back shirts that were already tried on, and if not what he should do with the open shirt that did not fit him. She responded, "Yeah, what's the problem? Don't you see I'm folding? Just throw the shirt there [on the table]. My husband responded, "I am sorry, but that was my question." I cannot believe how ghetto and rude this lady was! I am very disappointed in how the sales representatives in this Macy's store location treat customers, and I will never step foot into this store again! I should probably just not shop at Macy's altogether ever again because obviously the managers and administration are doing a horrible job by hiring people that are unprofessional, rude, and careless. I always say that it does not matter what profession a person is in, it could even be cleaning bathrooms at McDonald's, but you should always do your job right, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and treat EVERYONE nicely (managers, co-workers, and customers). I mean this one you can tell that whoever stocks or whatever you can get a chance to do it or something because it's a lot of stuff all over the place at the same time I can tell it's from the customers leaving stuff anywhere.
