Had to stand up for my entire haircut, and the stylist degraded my work profession, and basically said I was trash. There is no option to put a tip on a debit card, and he told me to go across the street. (not that he was getting a tip after the way he spoke to me) After getting my hair done there it was unmanageable and dry. My regular salon had to work on blending my highlights for 2 hours, and cost me over 200 dollars for damage control. The stylist who cut my hair at Oogi just sat in the chair for 3 hours and browsed on his iPad while another girl styled my hair. It is the most unprofessional environment ever, and I would never give them another chance. Whatever products they used on me really did permanent damage. Don't ever go there unless you want to be bullied standing up in a salon where the assistants, and patrons make rude...

I have been a loyal customer here since 1999, and my mom has been going here since the mid-80’s. There are very few establishments, salons or otherwise, I’ve been going to so consistently for so long. Charles is my guy and I wouldn’t let anyone else on earth take a scissors to my hair. The staff in general is excellent; they’re friendly, pleasant, and there’s almost none of the attitude that tends to exist among employees in other Rittenhouse Square-area full service salons. Yes, it’s pricey (men’s basic cut is $60, so I’m sure for women and coloring, etc., it’s a lot more), but worth it, especially for me since I tend to go too long in between haircuts. Hair care products are available too, with a pretty amazing selection, but are also high end expensive. Overall, I think Oggi does an excellent job in all areas. 5+...

I walked in for a consult, everyone upfront was lovely, professional, and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and felt very comfortable as I waited because I arrived 15 minutes early. I was approached by a stylist she introduced herself and guided me upstairs for my consult. I felt like she was rude, and really rough with my hair and situation.
