Viviane is SO warm and knowledgeable, but above all she has an amazing sense of humor and a welcoming light. This was my first facial EVER and it was not what I was expecting at all. This is not a large, company chain, medispa-type facial (no shade).This is, by far, a big girl facial. Not a Dora the Explorer facial. BIG GIRL. ADULT. FACIAL. I did a good amount of research and really wanted to invest in someone who has experience with deep, melanin skin types. Because it matters, y’all. Viviane performed a thorough assessment of my skin and asked a series of questions based on root cause, concerns and lifestyle. My battle is with hyperpigmentation but our set goal is to address texture - overall. During the facial, Viviane talked me through every step and why it was being performed; and the benefits of it. Man - if you’ve never had an electro current go through your face, you ain’t livin! Because it was my first facial I appreciated Viviane giving me a heads up when a “spicy” product would come into the rotation. At the end of the facial I was literally like “new face, who dis?” My skin was so much more brighter and even; and the texture had noticeably improved on the spot. Fetus skin. I had the skin of a fetus. It was AMAZING! Viviane recommended products for an updated skin routine, which honestly, yeah. After 40, some of us have to leave behind the Noxema nostalgia from our teenage years. There truly are not enough positive things I can say about Viviane to capture what an amazing woman she is, and the quality of the services she provides. This was my first time getting a facial, and I was a little nervous and embarrassed to admit I have practically no skincare routine. Viviane took the time to get to know me, in multiple aspects of my life, with kindness, empathy, and curiosity. She provided great information about taking care of my skin, things I never knew and should definitely know as they’re very important. She had such a calm and graceful presence and immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The facial itself was out of this world. She took so much care and attention to detail, using so many different products and techniques and truly just going above and beyond. My skin looks and feels like it never has before after just one visit! She truly is a miracle worker. She gave me fantastic follow up information (products to use, when to use them) so I have a structured plan. I don’t know where to begin. Viviane Aires was a recommendation given to me by a friend. I have been struggling with chronic inflammation on my face, primarily the nose area for about 3 years. I wear a mask on my face all day for work and it never comes off. My skin is extremely angry!!
