Bait and switch with low price tags. Great Hoagies. Worst breakfast sandwiches on Earth.

They bait and switch prices. I e: they tag a cheap olive oil then put an expensive one there then hope you don't notice. It's happened at least 5 times in various aisles.

If they mess up a sandwich they'll wrap it up and still give it to you rather than remake the sandwich. If you get a good hoagie maker they are great high quality hoagies. This is their saving grace.

Questionable ethics at play. If I see the tag switch thing one more time, and I live across the street, I'm calling weights and measures. I'm tired of running things back to your shelf because it rings up double price at the register. Maybe this was acceptable where they came from. Herein PA if you're out of the product you flip the tag or print a new one. Fair...

Went in on my lunch break with my friend. It was pretty busy and I was waiting for my food when I noticed my friend holding open his jacket. I thought he was just having casual conversation but walked over to listen to the cashier accuse him of stealing. As he checked out she said, "where is the gum?" He told her he put it back. She responded with, "no it's in your pocket". He pulled out all his pockets to show her that he did not in-fact take the gum. Take note that of all the patrons in the store, and there were quite a few, he was the only black person in the building. Wrong order yet again. Used to love this place but the last 5+ visits has resulted in me receiving sandwiches with either items missing or additions I did not request. I’m normally in a rush when I go here so when i get home or to my destination and discover that my order is incorrect it’s very frustrating. I called to let them know and they best option they gave me was to call back on a monday and talk to a manager. I think a simple refund would have sufficed. Especially given the frequency at which this happens.

Below is my order which does not include cheese but yet my sandwich has tons of cheese and no mayo or oil and vinegar...
