They’re very rude here. My friend and I went in at 9:20pm and they close at 10. The moment we walked in they were rushing us to order they sat us down and asked what we would like to drink we told them they came back within a minute, gave us our drinks then asked what we would like to order we told them we’re still looking. Not even 5 mins go by and they came to ask us again remind you there menu has at least 100 options, and they’re one of the only sushi spots opened after 9 in Bensalem so we were hungry so we finally order. We got our food it was around 9:30 meaning the food wasn’t even cooked properly then in the middle of us eating and having a conversation they began vacuuming next to us at 9:45( very rude), and reaching over our food to collect our plates, then when we got our check they walked past eyeing us as a way to rush us and let us know they’re closing. In the mist of my friend signing her check a worker walked to our table at 9:55 to tell us they were closed but stopped when she saw my friend signing her check. This is my first online review ever because of how terrible their customer service is, and any & every existing or future customer should be aware.
Just ordered delivery from this place, paid with a card over the phone and the guy showed up without a pen to sign for the receipt. The second I opened my door he started with "Oh sorry I forgot my pen, I dropped it somewhere. Let me know what you want me to write and I'll put it down later." RED FLAG. Hell no, I went back inside and grabbed a pen to sign it. Never, EVER let someone sign a receipt for you, or you could find a nasty surprise later on that they added on a nice hefty tip to your total and there is nothing you can do about it. To any that haven't had that happen to them yet, I hope it stays that way because it sucks.
I immediately contacted the place and asked to speak to the manager. The lady told me "The manager is not in right now, can I take a message." I asked what the manager's hours were and she couldn't tell me, then hung up the phone.

Read moreStaff are exceptionally sweet and helpful! Location is convenient but not ada accessible. My usual neighborhood spot is closed on Mondays so I decided to try Sakura. I regret to say I will not return. I ordered very early and they communicated they might need a few extra minutes to prepare my order which is totally fine! Not a huge deal and I didn’t mind waiting.
I ordered the lunch chirashi bowl for $16.20 tax incl. which seemingly is not a bad deal. I got 2 pieces of 6 different varieties! Most spots only offer 3-4 varieties for lunch specials.
