One Liberty Place — Local services in Philadelphia

This place employees are the worst! I eat here a few times a week at all different times. Either the tables are dirty or you gotta sit with other ppl at a table because a third of the tables are closed off and if your seating at one of those tables you gotta pack up and move your food to another open table. I once ask a women cleaning a table if she could clean a table right next to the one she was cleaning she said "You can see I'm cleaning this table" when she finished cleaning that table she turned around and quickly walked the other way making me sit where she just cleaned where she just smeared food all around on. I had to find another table that was really clean. I don't know about you but I want to eat on s Clean Table not a half cleaned table! Also don't be buying food at 7 pm because if you do there's nowhere you can sit to eat it Security comes and actually threatens you to get you to leave. I wouldn't even go here except their Food Court is Great! Something...

First of all, the observation deck is worth it. It's a fantastic view. The mall itself is nice - good mix of the basics plus a Godiva and a couple other upscale shops. There's access from the Westin Hotel. Parking is a challenge - like it is in any city. But there is an underground garage on the property, though pricey - like it is in any city. The shopping neighborhood around the center is great, too. (Some pix of the neighborhood included). Along 16th and Chestnut there are both upscale and common stores like Old Navy. Walk up Walnut to 17th and you'll find more upscale stores. So there's a great variety for shoppers. But again, the view from the observation deck alone makes it...

We were there for wedding on New Year's Eve they had the ceremony outside Sowell facing the bribe and groom we could see Independence Hall there was an amazing view plus being New Year's Eve they had fireworks at 6 pm right before the wedding and then again at midnight made the evening just a little more special. The food was excellent from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course everyone was friendly they were on top of everything if I had to say anything bad about this place that every time I got up from the table they took my drink.
